No where did I read that they didn’t take debit cards or cash. No business in this country should be able to refuse cash! I will not use them againOpinión del 28 ago 2023

The price given by KAYAK was significantly lower than what I was actually charged by Avis. I ended up paying close to double what was shown by Kayak.Opinión del 21 ago 2023

We live overseas so the thorough and patient instructions the staff provided were welcome (we had never used the screens before). This is a marvelous technology, especially for back-view when changing lanes and for parallel parking into a tight space.Opinión del 28 jul 2023

Was a last minute reservation and Avis took it. National and Hertz said no. They have me a great car and return was easyOpinión del 23 jul 2023

Staff at pick up was really frustrating for no reason. Staff at drop off seemed rushed and couldn't help with some issues. All around frustrating, costly experience.Opinión del 16 jul 2023

Car smelled like cigarette smoke. Took 3 calls and 2 hours to make sure they didn't charge $240 to us for it. My passenger could not ride in it the smell was so bad. They sold my mom the $50 return car without filling it up to return. The tank doesn't even hold $50 worth of gas. They tried to have us cancel the insurance purchased from kayak and buy their insurance. Also to pay for toll pass although there were no tolls on our trip. I will not recommend them.Opinión del 12 jun 2023

We waited in line for 1-2 hours to pick up our rental. Once we got into our car (after an additional wait in a separate line in the garage as they were giving people in the garage line cars the moment they were returned) it smelled of cigarette smoke and had not been cleaned very well.Opinión del 9 abr 2023

Overbooked and didn’t have rental cars available. Even though I had a reservation- no cars. Waited 3 hours before getting an Uber instead.Opinión del 5 abr 2023
