I had to cancel. I needed to rent a car so I could get my daughter to a safe place. It would have been the most economical way. But unfortunately you cannot rent a car without showing your credit card in person. Who knew. I can buy plane, train and bus tickets but I cannot rent a car. Though I reserved a car and had all ID and Credit cards needed, they would not rent to me. Apparently recently moving affects my ability to rent a car. Agent told me I could Uber to an off site rental location, but not other resolutions were offered.Opinión del 27 ago 2021

Agent for car pick up was quick, friendly, efficient. Same for drop off agent. Car had issues - low tire pressure light would not go off despite trying to fill the tire. Lights would not work on "Auto" so had to put them on manual. Got "Change Oil Soon" light during rental. One suggestion is to include a link to the vehicle's owners manual in the rental agreement, or e-mail the link to the customer. I had to search and search online for info that would have been in the owners manual.Opinión del 10 jul 2021

Ventajas:The cat. The on-site staff st ORF.Desventajas:They gave us a car with a tire that had a slow leak. Now they are trying to charge for a roadside service that was canceled. They’re telephone customer service is awful.Opinión del 29 jun 2021

Desventajas:The pickup was a waste of my time. I pre-registered for pickup online. When I arrived to pickup the car I showed the completed document on my to the clerk. She didn’t look at it, but gave me papers to fill out. I explained that I completed the information online. The clerk said “I don’t know anything about it.
