LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA!!! Cuando lleguemos al aeropuerto en la Ciudad de México fuimos a la oficina de Álamo, donde le mostramos la reserva que teníamos desde hace 15 días, en el counter la señora nos dijo que no habían carros disponibles y que no sabía cuándo podía darnos uno, que era muy importante que leyéramos las políticas en donde decía que no se respetan las reservas si no hay carros disponibles en resumidas cuentas reservar con Álamo no asegura tener un carro, por lo que nos toco ir a otra empresa y por el fin de semana tan congestionado que nos toco, terminamos pagando más del doble de lo que habíamos reservado, nunca vuelvo a reservar nada con ÁLAMO, la peor empresa, tampoco con kayak, ya que la responsabilidad es compartida. OJO, el mismo día unos amigos estaban pasando por la misma situación en el aeropuerto de Guadalajara, también con ÁLAMO, entonces para que sepan que no es un caso aislado, incluso las personas de las otras empresas al ver nuestra desesperación, nos comentaban que pasaba mucho con esa empresa, nunca recomendarías ALAMO, si alguien tiene una reserva con esa empresa les recomiendo anularla y reservar con otra.Opinión del 13 nov 2021

We rented a car for less than U$ 400 , then at the desk they were charging up to U$ 1650, so Alamo charged the card above, for more than 4 times that original value, they overpasses my card quota, after a horrible time, they reversed charges but kept nearly 20%, so imagine, mexico by bus whit a disappointed wife, total disaster vacation thanks to a company named Alamo and Kayak as well very unfair... Ventajas:NothingDesventajas:A lot of hidden fees. I had to go somewhere else to rent a car as when I got to the counter the total price was three times the amount I had reserved the car for. The customer service was not the best neither. First thing I was told is that even I had a reservation, it was not guaranteed for them to have a car available for me; these does not make sense for me, what is the point of making a reservation then?Opinión del 16 jun 2021

Desventajas:Our flight was delayed and the Alamo office was closed in the terminal we arrived in (terminal 2). We went directly and as quickly as we could to the old terminal where the office was open. We got there a little after 3pm and they refused to honor the rental. Quadrupled the price and told us we were too late for the original quote. We did not get a car and it made our trip a bit challenging. Very frustrating.Opinión del 10 abr 2021
