Ventajas: The car was ok, standard conditions.

Desventajas: The pick up was slow (we spent about 30 minutes to get the car) and the employee not very nice. She did not even know the promotions of his own company. About Hertz, the service was mediocre. it is already ridiculous that they pretend a credit card (you are renting a car not buying a house). But what is even worst is the fact that the credit card has to be the driver's. What is the logic behind this? The only logic I can see is getting more money from the client, since the additional driver costs about 15 euros p/day. There are many better companies than Hertz which allows to chose the driver independently from who has the credit card.
