Wait for more than two hours to pick up the car ，inside the car has lots roaches ，while driving the roach climb out on the inside of the window ，the left over pizza in box leave in back seat of the car for coup of hour ，there already have three roaches inside the box eating the pizza ，never used this company again．Opinión del 3 may 2023

We waited over an hour in line to pick up a car. When we got to the front, we were told that we would have to wait at least another hour for a car as there were no cars of the type we reserved available.Opinión del 25 ene 2023

Our only problem was that the car had only 2/3 tank of gas when we picked it up. We noticed this shortly after leaving the lot and returned immediately and they topped off the tank.Opinión del 20 ene 2023

Took 90 minutes for car to be ready upon pickup. No wiper fluid. Car had bugs on floor in front seat. No one said sorry, or offered and compensation when we returned car and told them about problems. EwOpinión del 4 ene 2023

To begin with the shuttle service never came! We waited at the airport for 27 minutes. A shuttle driver from a competitor company picked us up and dropped us at Thrifty. The attendants were very unprofessional. The car was not clean. The windows were very dirty. Glad I only had the car for 20 hours! I’m going back to Hertz.Opinión del 14 dic 2022

This is not at an airport location. It is a Hertz office at a hotel about twenty minutes away. They have a limited number of cars and less likely to have what was requested. If using this office call ahead to ensure you know the exact model you will receive. I expected a premium car and received a base level Chevrolet with no options of any kind.Opinión del 23 ago 2022
