Car I ordered wasnt available. Car I got was not what I wanted and while the inside was clean, it needed to be washed on the exterior- this site doesnt have the facilities for that. Took forever to return and finally after I said something, i was told I could turn in the keys and they would take care of it later- which they did.Opinión del 16 mar 2022

Rented in Miami Beach. I don’t like the fact cars are not full of gas when rented out. We only had a 1/4 tank and had to find a gas station early on in the trip versus having it full at the start and then leaving it fullOpinión del 3 dic 2021

Ventajas:The convenience of the storeDesventajas:No body told me the store was closing at noon I arrived 5 min late and It was closed, had to drive al the way to MIA and I was finned by the company. Ventajas:Staff was exceptionally rude. Our reservation was for 12pm but the manager was closing early that day. He told us to wait out front while he went inside to check on our reservation. Then he locked the door behind him, turned out the lights and left through a back entrance! Terrible!!! (So terrible, it was Hilarious!) But really, how could he behave so unprofessionally? He just left us out there. Would it have been so hard to say “sorry we have to close early today I can’t help you?”Desventajas:He could have not left us standing outside and not locked the door and not snuck out the back door and not lied to us.
