I confirmed a mid size car that said it would accommodate 5 passengers and 3 suitcases. When we got to the rental all they had was a 2 door mustang convertible. Despite other cars being on the lots that’s all they would give me since I was returning at another location. No assistance whatsoever. Terrible customer service.Opinión del 28 oct 2022

They listed that they have a shuttle that will drop you at the airport starting at 8am on the literature they give you when you check out, but the shuttle didn't start until 9am on Sunday, the day of our flight and we had to call an uber to the airport. We would have rented a car in the actual airport if we had know that since it negated the cost savings.Opinión del 30 ago 2022

I showed up to get my rental and there was a sign on the door that they unexpectedly had to close due to staffing. They were hoping to open again 9/1/21. I never received my car nor received an alert that they would not be able to fulfill my reservation.Opinión del 29 ago 2021

Ventajas:Hertz is off-airport at Medford - only Hertz place I've ever seen not super convenient. Shuttle to pick up car wasn't too bad (although everyone else is onsite) but return location is very poorly marked. Also, they charged a deposit on the car - first time I've ever had that happen with a Hertz car.Opinión del 2 jun 2021
