The van that I had reserved and paid for 3 months in advance was "not available" when we arrived to pick it up. I specifically needed a large vehicle for college graduation and move out and this affected plans and I had to scramble to make new arrangements which cost twice as much. We had prepaid the Chevy Malibu and the agent said we had a 7 passenger reserved but if we downgraded to a Ford Edge we would save some money. No refund was issued. When returning the vehicle there was no agent to accent the vehicle and poor instructions on how to return it without an agent.Opinión del 7 mar 2022

My plane was called back to the gate twice, putting me in Knoxville at 1220 am. The agent said that the deal was canceled because it was after midnight. He then tried to rent me a car for over 7 hundred dollars more than the original price. I got a car at Budget later that morning for less than the price of the original lease.Opinión del 2 dic 2021

Ventajas:The drop off staff was extremely friendly and helpful!Desventajas:The car was not very clean. It needed to be vacuumed and it had a funny smell. The car also was not the easiest to drive. It seems like their may be some transmission issues with the car I was given.Opinión del 27 may 2021
