They did not have my car available at my pick up time and told me I would have to wait 2 hours. I asked for some sort of compensation and they refused. I had sadly already paid for my rental. I called customer service at Hertz and they were rude and refused to let me speak to their supervisor. There were about 20 angry people waiting for cars when I finally left with a vehicle. They overbook and don't have vehicles available to meet their obligations and ruin people's vacations.Opinión del 16 ago 2022

I left one of my personal belongings in the rental car after drop-off. When I realized it, I called the Hertz in Brooklyn and they were very helpful and communicative.
