Pick up was quick and easy as was the drop off. Friendly and helpful staff. Our only wish is that the inside of the vehicle would have been cleaned better. It was vacuumed and litter free but the leather seats and interior windows needed cleaning/wipe down.Opinión del 7 may 2023

I had rented a car months in advance. My flight was delayed by a few days so I attempted to contact Hertz. Since I was delayed I asked if my car could be held for a few days (remember it's already paid for). They said they were unable to help me and I'd have to rebook it costing me a thousand dollars more. Better signage at the Auckland airport regarding the location of the rental car return would be very beneficial for people unfamiliar with the airport. Once in the return area an attendant to help find a parking spot that was a Hertz designated or at least better signage would also be beneficial to people unfamiliar with the process.
