Jake the manager is great ! The young guy who helped us check in also wonderful , and Kaitlyn who was there when we returned the car was so lovely. They made the process so easy and quick without any issues ! The car is well loved and it defiantly showed that it was a car they most usually used to explore the island but overall a wonderful experience at enterprise on kenmouth ! They did not have the class of car we had reserved which had less luggage space. We received a discount. However the unconvinced far outweighed the discount. The overall experience was good but not having the car we ordered was a major disappointment which wasn’t completely remedied by the discount.Opinión del 25 jun 2022

The rental process was very easy, return was simple. We rented the car with one way drop off. Pickup from St. John’s and drop off in Gander. It turns out the drive from Gander to St John’s is not that far. I would suggest do the round trip and save the one way drop off charge. Beware of pot holes in Newfoundland, many and big ones!Opinión del 14 jun 2022

Staff at that location need to all be on the same page. I called and informed someone there 2 weeks before my trip that I would be arriving 2 hours later than expected, assuming that they would put a note on my file. They did not, and when I arrived on the expected day they did not hold my reservation. Luckily I was able to still get a vehicle.Opinión del 25 may 2022
