Super quick and easy. Even though the original car I requested wasn't ready on time I was given a free upgrade with no extra wait time. It was greatOpinión del 18 jun 2023

The only issue was the cab ride from the airport. $30 was the cost of the ride (with tip). Still, the savings for this off airport location was worth it.Opinión del 8 jun 2023

The check-in took quite a bit of time and then it was hard to find a lot attendant to get the car. Front desk gal was wonderful and friendly despite the wait.Opinión del 8 may 2023

The car was filthy and it had significant cosmetic damage. They gave me a sheet and told me nothing was wrong with it, but when I went to the car, it had two huge dents in the side. I pointed it out and they had to revise the damage report. The car had an odor to it that would hit you at the worst times. It also seemed like a vehicle that had never had any maintenance conducted on it. It felt like I borrowed a friends old ride, rather than dropping $500+ on a rental.Opinión del 4 abr 2023
