Desventajas: Dollard don't want to make the deal i reserved on your site. They said you book not at the good price. They charge me 140 usd more Thant i booked with you Very bad experience

The staff is so so rude and they raise the price

Ventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: 1.The rolling of the eyes from the staff 2. The lack of communication as to where to drop off the car when they are closed Additionally when I arrived they jacked up the price.

Ventajas: Friendly staff.

Desventajas: Car was beat up.

Ventajas: Staff very friendly and helpful

Desventajas: Car too small for advertised 5 passengers. Back seat passenger door did not open from the inside. We felt like sardines getting in and out of the can!

Terrible Service

Ventajas: Car was clean and the price was as advertised.

Desventajas: The service was terrible at pick up and drop off. At pick up, discussed with manager that car was smaller than reserved. His response: take it or leave it. He also blamed it on Kayak and suggested I take up my issue with Kayak. At return, arrived before another customer and was serviced after that customer. When told, the customer service representative refused to acknowledge that fact. If it were not the week of Christmas and I was not with a group, I would have cancelled and taken my business elsewhere.

Busy period and abusive from Dollar

Ventajas: It was vacation time and we were there to relax.

Desventajas: It is not fun to have someone to tell you at midnight that because you are late, your car reservation is no longer available. Let's clarify that we were a few hours late. By the way, this is happening at midnight in St. Maarten being this our first visit. As a concession, we were given a super compact car well beaten up. As this was the only option, we took it with the promise that it was going to be replaced next day. When we checked the next following days they said that still there were no cars available. When returning the car, I explained this to the morning staff and also added that the car was "beaten up" with over 45,000 miles. Also asked for the adjustment of the rate. The answer was: "didn't you have a good time in the island, and here you are back all in one piece". Not fair and unnecessary mistreatment, in particular with a Company with whom I never had a single problem in the last 15 years. There are other choices in St. Maarten.
