Desventajas: The vehicle did have some damage when I picked it up, but I reported it before leaving and had no issues.

Ventajas: Pick up office staff was great, loved the car and price
Desventajas: An employee in the parking lot at drop off who was extremely rude and a very poor communicator. She was not identified as an employee in any of her clothing and honked repeatedly and yelled. We had never been here before.

Long Beach Pleased
Ventajas: Quickest non-member check-in I’ve ever experienced. Less than 5 minutes and no line. Clean car, easy drive-out, fast return made this a pleaser for a car rental.

Desventajas: I had to call three times to dispute additional charges they placed. One which occurred over a week after my rental had been completed.

A very good option to rent your car
Ventajas: They have the best price, unlimited miles, very nice car, and excellent customer service.
Desventajas: I have to find the car on my own in their parking lot, and they did not walk with you to check the vehicle. You have to check the car before taking off if there is any problem; otherwise, they will be charging you for that.
