Ventajas: I had to go back to the counter again in order to complete the rental after I was in the pickup area.

Desventajas: Was not made aware that rental could not be paid for with a debit card prior to making reservation so we were stuck without a car at the airport.

Ventajas: Staff was friendly but was not allowed to take vehicle bc I was traveling to Mississippi, they canceled my rental and I was required to find something else

Ventajas: I rented a "Rav 4 or similar" and instead got a a cheap Hyundai Venue. Too small for what I needed. I asked for a Hyundai Tucson and they wanted an additional 25.00 per day. I have never EVER not been given a car similar, or been upgraded to a bigger vehicle when asked. They had a ton of inventory available.
Desventajas: They lost me as a customer and I will never rent from them again.

Ventajas: There was no staff, waited at the airport for over an hour to find someone
Desventajas: the assisted driving almost caused us to to have na accident multiple times. I had to fight with the steering wheel.

Ventajas: Got a great rate on a dealers choice. Ended up with a small SUV, was very happy! Pick up and drop off was very easy.
