I missed my flight. My flight to Newark was delayed and I was unable to get to my plane in time. Also I couldn’t find a boarding pass after I checked in online, so I wouldn’t have made it through security anyway.
THE SEATS, holy hell are they uncomfortable.
The plane was new and clean. Service was good. Fare was inexpensive.
It took an hour and a half to check in at Stansted. There was no entertainment system on the plane and all food and drinks cost extra. We got to the airport 3 hrs early yet had to go straight to to our gate with no time to spare.
New planes, smooth flight
No complimentary beverage Luggage size limit smaller than other economy airlines with no excuse. Overhead space is the same as other aircraft.
New, clean airplane.. pay only for what you want
I love Aer Lingus, they appear to be always on time and nice comfy seats. No problem boarding, was nice and quick.

Plane arrived late - no updates from the gate crew. ...coffee and soda is not free...

Flight was delayed, update from the gate was 10 minute delay, actually the delay was an hour. Paying for beer and wine on a national carrier - really. Service was one and done, if you missed the first pass the crew were not coming back...you can however walk to the galley.
Shannon is a very easy airport.
I was unable to get my seats assigned from America. I had to go to the Aer Lingus desk when I arrived to get seat assignment.
Delay, nothing to eat, poor service !
Everything worked out great. Shout out to the Washington Dulles airport for the quickest custom check of my life!
Once in Houston took 30minutes to the luggage to be delivered
I was not at all pleased with the overall experience. Most of the staff was very nice though. The flight staff was nice, the airport staff was not.
Flight was delayed without notice. They waited until after we were lined up to board to put this up on the board, leaving us standing around for an hour. They never announced it on the overhead. The boarding process took an obscene amount of time which seems to have been attributed to having one worker confirm passports after we had already been checked at the desk. He moved very slowly. Actual flight was quick and easy. No food or entertainment as it was only an hour.
I was not aware of the requirements of the Schengen Agreement and my passport was expiring in a couple of months. I was not able to get on this flight even though my final destination did not have the passport restrictions of the Schengen Agreement. When I booked the flight, I was not made aware of these requirements before my flight.
Pleasant staff. Comfortable plane. Second leg from Brussels to Frankfurt was great.
Check in at Manchester was a joke. No signage for Brussels Airlines to start with and no one to help. Long queue, over 1½ hours to drop a bag after checking in on line. Every other airline was way faster. Thankfully, security was relatively quick.
The plane wasn't totally booked and very clean
2.5 hour delay, missed connection, arrived more than 5 hours after originally planned. Entertainment system did not function. Crew did not collect garbage/unused items prior to landing and I was holding garbage in my hands during landing (and some spilled on my lap).

Because we missed our connection on our incoming flight, due to a delay leaving Newark by Swiss, Swiss cancelled our returning flights. So when we got to the airport on our return day, we were not booked on any flights. We were required to stay overnight and take a United flight home. Will avoid Swiss in the future.
