Desventajas: No poder llevar cartera con mis objetos personales . Tener que viajar con la maleta en los pies porque no había lugar para poner mi equipaje ya que el baúl estaba ocupado con chaquetas. El personal del chekin mal educado, no nos sirvieron comida por un supuesto fallo en los aparatos pero si podías comprarla ! Los advientos incómodos

Ventajas: there was not enough space between sitting rows

Ventajas: The seat was comfortable.

Desventajas: We were delayed for nearly an hour.

Ventajas: The size of hand luggage

Ventajas: Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined

Desventajas: Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know.

Desventajas: Smelled badly of fuel

Desventajas: need entertainment system. need complimentary drinks and snacks need comfortable seats

Desventajas: Check in was not available and had to fly standby despite having reservation.

Ventajas: Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!

Ventajas: Empty seat next to me. Arrived a few minutes early. Looked like a new plane: was Austrian registered which is new for EZY (thank you Brexit)

Desventajas: Boarding process always feels more irritating than it should.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Ventajas: Crew

Ventajas: The boarding process was much easier and faster. No delayed flights.

Desventajas: I used the laboratory before takeoff as I was one of the first people on the plane and I forgot to go before I boarded. The hand soap container was empty and I had to tell one of the crew. Shouldn’t that have been taken care of before boarding passengers?

Desventajas: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.

Desventajas: Baggage reclaim very slow

Ventajas: Quite frankly, I did not like nor was I amazed by the flight overall. The flight was 80 minutes late w/o any giudense by any easyjet airport staff. Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane. Landing was horrible.

Desventajas: Everything should've been planned better.

Desventajas: Cancelaron el vuelo por un tema de huelga, teniendo que gastar en comprar boletos pues tenía otro vuelo de conexión a Orlando en Paris con otra aerolínea. Ya he iniciado el proceso se reembolso espero que sea rápido y eficiente. Les mantendré al tanto.

Ventajas: Puntualidad

Desventajas: Vueling nunca da comida ni nada de bebida. Poco espacio para las piernas.

Ventajas: The flight was on time. The ground crew was pleasant and helpful, especially in meeting the needs of handicapped passengers.

Desventajas: You have to pay for anything you consume in the way of food and drink... even a glass of water to take a pill. My wife and I fly frequently and this will be our last time to fly Veuling. Other than the lack of any free beverages, the legroom is minimal, there is no TV and no electronic recharging at the seats.

Ventajas: Seat was comfortable and we landed on time, even after leaving late.

Desventajas: Crew needed better attitude.

Desventajas: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Desventajas: 1 hour delay leaving from Berlin plus 1 hour wait for the luggage in Barcelona

Desventajas: 2:30 hours delay inside the plane and finally they change our aircraft. The crew is not friendly with us.

Ventajas: Crew were great, bubbly staff even though they were tired, *not obvious*

Desventajas: Boarding process, and being told we may have to stay until Wednesday as the operator double booked our seats.

Desventajas: The guy's voice from announcements was driving us crazy, it's non-stop. And the music they placed during the flight was too loud.

Desventajas: A la linea aérea le interesa mucho la seguridad son rigidos pero amables.

Desventajas: This is a cut rate airline and if that is what you want and nothing else available this is your flight

Ventajas: The seat was fairly comfortable. The pilot communicated with the passengers about the reason for the delay, due to mechanical issue.

Desventajas: I was not made aware, until I got to the gate and was boarding, that a personal item (that was small enough to easily fit under my seat), would not be allowed on the plane without incurring a $60 Euro charge. Luckily, I was quickly able to squeeze it into my carry-on suitcase. One of the flight attendants wasn't very friendly (young, male, possibly Middle Eastern, French speaking). The other 3 were fine.

Ventajas: food was better than expected and not too pricy

Ventajas: Flight reservation was cancelled at airport - gate agents could not allow us to board. We were told reservation had been cancelled.

Desventajas: Refused to sell ticket from start or at least receive a cancellation ticket for the flight

Ventajas: There was a good amount of room on the plane with comfortable seating.

Desventajas: We sat on the plane an extra 15 minutes before the flight, but other than that everything went smoothly.

Desventajas: Salida en hora, el tema de las maletas a facturar por escasez de huecos, se forman filas para evitar q facturen tus maletas y para colmo se averió la pasarela q te acerca a la terminal en Madrid y mas de 20 minutos dentro del avión ya parado.

Desventajas: Once again, my flight was late. Four out of the last five trips to Barcelona Swiss had a significant delay (longer than the duration of the trip itself) on at least one of the segments. It's getting a bit hard to believe actually.

Ventajas: It was comfortable.

Ventajas: Free food, relatively spacious
