The food was good.
The boarding process need improvement. The sits are very tight.
Flight attendants were cheerful and efficient.
I'm not a terribly large person, but there is zero room in economy. When the person in front of me put her seat back the screen was literally 6 inches from my face.

I enjoyed the 7 lay over. Took a train to the city (12 minutes ), walked around and shopped, ate and tracked back with the train . A nice stop over

Very obvious the crew (at least in my section) have a problem with Non- Chinese people. Their attitude changed to others as well as me when they are asked for something. Very noticeable!!!!!!

Food and no IFE on board for a 4 hour flight
I'm pregnant and the crew was extra helpful
although we prebooked seats when we arrived the morning of our flight we were told the flight was fully booked and we'd have to sit separately. What doesn't make sense is that our tickets were booked together, same confirmation number same family name. Why would they assign seats not seated together? This happened for both flights, luckily, however, they managed to seat us together on our return trip although not the seats we had selected.

Nothing, it was awful
They were late with boarding to begin with and the process was extremely unorganized and slow. The Air France flight that was boarding next to ours at gate 9 got everybody onto the plane before our flight did and their plane was scheduled to take off 10 minutes AFTER us. The boarding attendant didn’t do a good job of announcing the group number for boarding. After priority and no baggage passengers, it was just one big mob. Our boarding passes were in group 1 but my mom ended up being one of the last people let through. The 2 attendants made her wait because they needed to tag her luggage. I guess they felt it was too big for carrying on. Which is fine. But they literally made her stand there while they let almost everyone else in line through. They even tagged other luggages and she was still waiting. And when she asked them about it, they told her to wait and they have to assist other people. What’s the point of being group 1 for boarding then? We still had to wait til pretty much everyone else went in. And the fact that our seats were in row 29 which is at the tail end of the plane made it even worse. Now we need to squeeze by 28 rows of people when we could’ve been in our seats and out of the way a long time ago. Terrible service!

El personal de abordo un encanto y muy profesional.
Vuelo dos o tres veces al año de España a China y viceversa, he volado en diferentes compañías y en cuanto a la comida ha sido la peor con diferencia a todas las demás.
Arriving at my destination, safe, sound and on-time.
The crew could have been a wee bit more friendly/looked like they didn't hate their job. The onboarding process was just short of disastrous.

Charged airport bag checking price even thought I had checked in on line for half the baggage check in fees. Added $120 to the fare
