Desventajas: La venta de boletos dicen que deben ser 10kgs de peso por maleta documentada, sin embargo si viajas con familia los kilos no se consideran como de todos, si no por pasajero, nosotros somos una familia de 4 tendríamos un peso de 40kgs gratuitos, entonces tenemos una maleta de 28 kilos y una de 7 kilos, sin embargo nos cobraron por la maleta de 28 kilos por excedente de peso, pues es por pasajero, además nos cobraron por cada kilo excedente aún y cuando en una revista de la propia compañía decía que deberían cobrar como un todo el excedente, y cuando les mostramos la revista porque nos cobraban en exceso, nos indicaron que solo era aplicable si es ELECTRÓNICO, vaya timo y molestia, que si no queríamos pasar que ellos venden unas bolsas para sacar de la maleta grande y dividirla en 3 bolsas, WOOOOWWW que estupidez, luego con mi backpack, normal nada en exceso de tamaño me pedían pagar para poderla pasar en el avión, pues esa no cuenta como bolsa de mano, por lo que tuve que comprar una bolsa de Dama , para poner mi computadora y cargadores en la misma, para pode subirlas al avión, es decir chicos, varones hombres, si viajan en esta compañía favor de llevar una bolsa de dama, porque si llevan su backpack aunque sea de tamaño pequeño, tendrán que pagar exceso de equipaje. Muy mala experiencia. Al adquirir los boletos en el propio mostrador nos indicaron que teníamos que dividir la maleta posteriormente revise la página electrónica y tampoco decía esto, he viajado de forma constante como mi familia, y es la primera compañía que no suma los kilos, lo cual en mi parecer es completamente ilógico, como pedirle a un niños de 5 años que lleve su maleta de 10 kilos?????. Espero esto les sea de ayuda. Esta compañía es una subsidiaria de aerofoto me indicaron, y que él mismo aeroflot aplica los mismos en todos sus vuelos, así que tengan cuidado o infórmense mejor.

Desventajas: Seat spacing is small, to the point that it's impossible to remain in the seat few hours without physical pain in your body

Desventajas: Made me go through security twice, 2nd time was right before boarding. Reason: randomly selected. And, they lost my luggage. No valid explanation given. Apparently, will get delivered on next day’s flight. A disappointing experience.

Ventajas: Not really something. It was an old cabin. The seat was confortable and the food was ok. Some of the crew were nice others not that much.

Desventajas: The cleaning of the toilets. Awful and without water and soap. The restrooms were not clean from the beginning. It was disgusting. Having new cabin.

Ventajas: I liked the (free) upgrade to Premium Economy.

Desventajas: Food was ok but I recommend including a small salad with dinner.

Ventajas: Crew went above and beyond. Food was excellent and the Crew kept us hydrated.

Desventajas: Staff Curtsy and overall gestures!!

Ventajas: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.

Desventajas: The time. The flight was late for 1 hour. I miss everything and also I get very late to our Airbnb and I was with my family and child

Ventajas: the boarding was smooth, the bus to the plane wasn't crowded and the plane was flying low so you could enjoy the sceneries and still get cell phone reception.

Desventajas: the overhead compartment was a bit small and there was almost no leg room but both of my flights were short. I booked my flight through an app and it didn't give me any checked baggage so I tried to modify my booking through airserbia website but I couldn't so I ended up paying 60 euros for my bag at the airport.

Desventajas: Studardess were very unpleasant,2 times they passed my row,had to take out garbage by myself. Same movies were played on both flights (I had round trip)

Ventajas: The crew on board was helpful, but they can hardly make up for company’s atrocious policies.

Desventajas: They made me pay $70 for my carry on luggage - the very same one that I didn’t have to check in on my way to Zurich. The company has obscure luggage policies that could easily qualify as hidden charges. I will do everything I can to avoid flying with Air Serbia in the future.

Ventajas: the flight started at time. the attendant were fine. but i consider this flight not as a cheap flight. therefore, it should be possible, so early in the morning to offer a coffee at least.

Desventajas: the experience on board should be improved, particularly when the flight is not different from regular airlines in terms of cost

Desventajas: Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies

Ventajas: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

Desventajas: Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

Ventajas: Finnair is always perfect. Always on time, professional, clean and comfortable. They give free coffee, water and blueberry juice.

If there was a designated section for families with children, then hopefully the rest of passengers won't become hostages of the noise and craziness. As of food: there was menu with 2 choices; however there was one 1 choice available for lunch and dinner during this trip.

Ventajas: excellent crew, the commander of the ship made a nice soft landing, but for some reason water was dripping from the ceiling ... the flight attendant explained that it was condensation

Desventajas: Poor organization, 2 hour line to check your bag, crowding due to lack of communication and organization at the gate, slow luggage boarding. All of which led to a 45 minute delay sitting on a hot and unairconditioned flight followed by a missed connection and 6 hour wait at the next airport. There was no entertainment inflight, so nothing there to rate. The staff were pleasant under the conditions. Nothing else was positive.

Desventajas: The passenger in front of me slammed into my knees. I am very tall. She was not but she sure got her seat back as far as possible in spite of having he bulkhead sear, so I had to be careful of my position the rest of the flight

Desventajas: Games sollten Nachts gesperrt werden. Die gute Dame hinter mir spielte wohl die ganze Nacht Solitaire und mein Sitz schüttelte immer. Auf meine bitte zu stoppen weder kommentar noch reaktion.

Desventajas: La falta de informacion en el aeropuerto es nula. Han cambiado 5 veces la hora de salida y hasta que no llevaba 2 horas de retraso no ha aparecido nadie en el mostrador de embarque. Y luego han cambiado 3 veces la puerta de embarque

Ventajas: Crew asked us if we’d like to move to an empty row to be more comfortable without us even requesting it.

Desventajas: Bigger coffee cups? Really nothing to complain about. Everything I would expect from a flight. A++

Desventajas: boarding the flight on time instead of delaying it two times... and also putting the information at the flight information screen if I haven't gone to ask to the airport information stand I would never know the flight departure gate that was at the complete opposite side of the airport of were the initial flight was going to depart.
