The service was worse than poor. The planes seay table had hair and dandruff all over it. The air hostesses handed me the food two isles away and I had to hand it to my whole row. I would never pay this price for business class for this airline or ever trust Kayak to give good options.
Flight crew were nice plane arrived safely
They nickel and dime you. I paid for extra leg room and then on way over made me pay to check bag (which was supposed to be free) and way back switched planes so never got extra room and had to pay for bag as well and now have to fight for my money back. I don’t like the feeling of having to always pay. If you want people to not carry on so much stop charging (especially on international flights) to check bags.
One of my checked bags never arrived. It has been a week and I still don't have my bag.
The better question is what did we not like.
Careless staff, unorganized, rude, long lines with slow working agents. We were traveling with our three and six year old and started with a weather delay and then eventually a cancellation. We stood at the Barcelona airport from 7pm until 2:30am with our children. Nobody offered us food vouchers, taxi or hotel. We had to ask and only got a hotel which was an hour away and taxi on us costing us over $100 euro! Everything closed and our children ate cookies from a vending machine for dinner. Finally we got to our hotel after 3am and slept until 6:30am to catch another taxi on us back to the airport just to find out it’s delayed and we would miss our connection in Madrid back to Miami. We arrived the airport again at 9am and at 3pm we’re finally given food vouchers for our hungry children to eat something. American Airlines has a direct flight from Barcelona to Miami but they insisted they couldn’t do that for us and we’d again stay another night in Barcelona at a hotel. This would all be fine if we weren’t traveling with small children, they didn’t have school and we didn’t have to work and had extra money to pay for all the inconveniences. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had and will never choose Tap again for our travels!
Passenger was refused at check in because, according to the counter clerk, the ticket was not purchased in the country of residency but online in US. As a result, i lost the money, the passenger did not fly, and no refund was issued. this is the first time i ever heard of such BS. Not happy.
Very nice and modern plane with attentative staff. Also they served maybe the best airplane food I’ve ever had.
We boarded just a bit late but still arrived on schedule.
The tickets were a good price, movie selection was excellent, and the staff was really friendly and helpful.
The leg room was terrible. I'm a tall American and I could barely fit in the seat, let alone fall asleep in a 9 hour hour flight. Also, there were no plugs that would work for an American outlet.
Kiwi never paid the airline and I had to buy another ticket and they never REFUND ME

I really love how friendly the crew was! The seats were also very comfortable for a plane. I couldn’t get over how there were cameras to look at outside of the plane for those who didn’t have window seats as it helped with some landing anxiety. The food was well prepped and decently enjoyable! The charging port was also amazing and I was very happy to see it when I had boarded the plane.
Unfortunately, boarding was a bit confusing as the crew members spoke a majority of Portuguese and translated only very few times. I had to ask a crew memeber when I would board.

Dont know who or why. Plane out of Orlando mco delayed from 9:30-2:30 am. All food places closed 9or 10 pm
Delay, no place to eT
Very disappointed that there were only junk food options on the snacks served. Same goes for the drinks. And no option to buy anything healthy either. Arrived hungry at 1:20am!
The flight was supposed to last 1 hour, but we ended up landing nearly 30 minutes later. My entertainment system didn’t work at all. No channels were available.
