Ventajas: I liked that the flight was short.

Desventajas: I didn't like that the flight attendants were wearing their badges flipped back so you can't see their names. In need that may be important.

We were held up at the Passport Control by the Polish Border Guards at the Passport Control - their computer was down ... My wife cried, my kids cried and asked to be let in on the plane ... Nobody cared to help us ...

Desventajas: Physically stood in the sun on the tarmac for half an hour in Marrakech waiting to board the plane. Seating is so compact it’s physically impossible for me to fit, I’m 6’3” then it took an hour forty five minutes to get our checked luggage in Lisbon. Everyone was furious. No explanation from the airport or airline. We missed our hotel shuttle, missed our hotel checkin. Just terrible.

Desventajas: The staff that works in the counter was very rude. My carry on bag which has fit in all the trains across Europe and other airlines did not meet the standards of Vueling so I was charged with 50 euros which is ok with me. What was upsetting was the attitude of one of the attendants of the counter. She was a spaniard lady lacking all customer service skills. I will never use this airline again

Desventajas: La tripulación parece tener algunos problemas entre ellos y se reflejó en el servicio que ofreció a los pasajeros. Algunos de ellos eran groseros.

Ventajas: Eindhoven is a small, easy and we'll orgenised aerport. Security and boarding went fast.

Desventajas: Plane was a bit old. Clean but old. When the stewards spoak over the intercom you coudn't understand a word.

Ventajas: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Desventajas: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Desventajas: My seat was sagging in from use. And some men were standing in the aisle, talking loudly and laughing while I was trying to nap. The staff did nothing about it.

Ventajas: The leg room in economy class was average. Not too cramped. There were good selection of entertainment options to watch/listen.

Desventajas: The care and friendliness of the staff needs improvement. The quality of the food was poor. Additionally the boarding process needs to be better organized. Property sequence and queues need to be maintained and followed through.

Desventajas: ...debarkation at SFO was dismal. The nearest bathroom upon debarking was closed for cleaning. The passport control signs were misleading and confusing (the term "residents" was misused). And there was no one at baggage claim to prevent bags from piling up atop each other on the conveyor. I received a bone bruise trying to get my bag off another one. Avoid SFO as an international destination if you can...horrible airport.

Desventajas: For some reason the airport scheduled 2 packed flights to board at gates right next to each other. These gates are right next to a main corridor. As you can imagine, it was chaos with lots of people standing around in both lines and then bunch of people trying to walk through.

Desventajas: Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor

Ventajas: I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane. The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight.

Desventajas: I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely.

Ventajas: Absolutely nothing

Desventajas: You must check in few hours before the flight. Checking in at the airport will cost you 35€. Besides that, the boarding took almost 40min and the seats are not comfy at all. That said, i would rather pay extra $50 and fly with normal company.

Desventajas: Even a small plastic bag with McDonald's in it is considered a hand luggage! The staff need to be in more control of the travelers - we had one & a half hours delay because a traveller wanted to change seats and didn't sit down.

Desventajas: Crew (as always with Transavia) is not at its best.

Ventajas: the date I take my flight, my father makes accident and I find no time to travel on the date of reservation
