Ventajas: Nada me gusto del viaje. Desde la espera para abordar hasta el avión y el servicio que ofrecen. Lo mejor del viaje es haber llegado sano y salvo.

Ventajas: I liked that the flight was short.

Desventajas: I didn't like that the flight attendants were wearing their badges flipped back so you can't see their names. In need that may be important.

Todo es a la carta, pero entendí que al comprar el billete. El vuelo llegó más de una hora tarde. El encargado de la puerta era grosero y nos dio información equivocada. El proceso de embarque no estaba bien gestionado. Lo hizo a su destino con maletas.

Desventajas: Rest rooms were clean, food was adorable, good coffee, no complaints.

Ventajas: By far the best of the 4 flights involved in my trip. Everything went smooth except for deboarding, but that's because of the people, not the airline staff. There was constantly an attendant walking the plane offering water refills entire flight. 3 beverage services, 2 meals, and constant water. Very very good experience

Desventajas: Staff could of been friendlier. They would not give me a cup of water and said i had to buy a bottle.

Ventajas: legroom in business is good, food was ok. only one round of drinks was offered.

Desventajas: no lounge access in dublin for TAP Business Passengers. Handling of the delay was not well managed.

Ventajas: New plane, great seating.

Desventajas: Food should be tastier and boarding should be more efficient and on time.

Desventajas: TAP doesn't understand the first thing about customer service.

Ventajas: It felt like a top airline, fast boarding, great service.

Desventajas: Very good flight and crew.

Desventajas: This is the only international flight I have ever taken that did not serve food or drinks. We asked for water 4 times and was brought a small glass half full only once. We had to purchase food and drink separately. I can't even believe juice or soda was not included! It is dangerous to not offer at least water for that long of a flight. Would never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again.

Desventajas: Marginally confusing online check in instructions. Gate attendant wasn’t helpful and tried to charge us 55 euro to check in. Everything is ala carte but I understood that when buying the ticket. Flight was more than 1 hr late. Gate attendant was rude and gave wrong information. Boarding process was not well managed. Made it to destination with bags.

Desventajas: It will be nice if economy class get at least a bottle of water!

Ventajas: Well organized; staff are very competent; flight was uneventful.

Desventajas: Snacks and drinks all cost extra, even water.

Ventajas: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Desventajas: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Desventajas: Get more organised. There is no point checking the passports on the plane door when they have already been checked at the gate, especially when people are waiting in the freezing cold to board the plane.

Desventajas: There are no nets on the back of the seat in front of you to put things like water bottles - headphones, books etc.

Desventajas: lastminute.com was completely unhelpful in assisting with any changes to my itinerary. They repeatedly provided me with incorrect information that sent me on a wild goose chase.

Ventajas: The entertainment system was good and the crew excellent. The person in front of me did not put their seat back which made my trip more comfortable. Loading and unloading was orderly and efficient.

Desventajas: Food could have been better

Desventajas: Buses to and from the plane. One driver left us in a full bus waiting for 20 minutes. When we arrived in Vienna, there was no bus to pick us up. We had to wait in the plane until one showed up.

Ventajas: Crew wasn’t on the top of their game, food was ok, entertainment was bad, old movies, poor selection.

Desventajas: I expected more from airlines lake Austrian.

Desventajas: Other passengers were drinking a lot of beer and congregating in the aisles and being loud and disturbing.

Desventajas: Entertainment unit was very slow and not even possible to operate properly. I had to ask for resetting it several times.

Ventajas: Lufthansa is an airline that prides itself on timeliness and service. The boarding procedure was very good, food was very good and service was excellent. I have flown with Lufthansa before and they always prove to me that I’ve made the right choice booking with them!

Desventajas: The weather, we hit some turbulence which is beyond the Captains control. Seatbelt sign came right on and even with that we still landed about 20 minutes early in Frankfurt

Desventajas: Even though it is a short flight, it would be nice to receive at least drinks offered

Ventajas: The crew was great! The seats are never comfortable on economy flights.

Ventajas: As it was impossible to confirm that I was on that flight, and I had to book another flight with Tui less that a day before I was due to fly, therefore to like. It was equally impossible to contact Last.minute.comm.

Desventajas: It would be have been great to make contact with an actual human being

Desventajas: Swiss perfect as always, Barcelona ground worker disaster, as always....

Ventajas: The crew was amazing and helpful. The food was really good and the flight was timely if not early to my destination.

Ventajas: Everything was excellent on this flight.

Desventajas: Maybe the food menu? But it wasn't bad.

Ventajas: The flight was on time and fairly clean.

Desventajas: The seats are so crowded and we were jammed in like sardines. There was insufficient ventilation and it was too warm and stuffy. Not comfortable.

Ventajas: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Desventajas: Still don’t have my luggage yet

Desventajas: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Desventajas: Seat angle adjustment was not the most comfortable for sleeping.

Ventajas: The sear was messy they didn't clean it it was full of pieces of bread.

Desventajas: boarding the flight on time instead of delaying it two times... and also putting the information at the flight information screen if I haven't gone to ask to the airport information stand I would never know the flight departure gate that was at the complete opposite side of the airport of were the initial flight was going to depart.

Ventajas: The check-in process is a joke! They do everything by paper, couldn’t find my booking, and so made me pay an exorbitant fee, and then wrote by boarding pass with a pen and paper! Unbelievable!

Desventajas: the plane was delayed. no reason giving. when boarding, it was a white plane with no markings. inside it had Norwegian signs, but probably the plane was a substitute. Once in the air, the flight was fine.

Desventajas: Very little room amongst the seats. Tiny armrests and little room to move in your seat without disturbing the neighbor. No entertainment
