Left relatively on time, friendly crew, clean cabin, and good enough
Completely disorganized boarding from front and back of aircraft led to clogged isles as people from the back tried to make it to the front and visa versa.
Good food good crew flight was good
While in London not good experience for old people especially if wheel chair assembly and to get AA airline birding pass is very confused need to b more in comfortable
Despite having a delay in Denver, we were able to arrive on time. The crew was very friendly in greeting us as we boarded the plane
The boarding process was hampered by too many people putting too much carry on luggage in the overhead bins. Many put things in the overhead bins that could have been put under the seat. It didn’t seem like the crew was paying too much attention to this. In general the crew was pleasant, but there didn’t appear to be much sincerity in the pleasantries.
5 hours delay
Staff was kind and curteous
Very crowded, sat 2.5 hours on the tarmac. Air was not functioning in back two sections, bathroom overcrowded. Went to the forward bathroom and airconditioning running strong and bathrooms not in use. I think that in an emergency situation, all passengers should be treated with respect. Letting customers use the bathrooms in business class and receiving the same airconditioning would have been humane.
The crew was very nice and very good. They served the evening meal very promptly. They could have made another trash run prior to everyone trying to sleep for the night flight.
The coach seats are narrower than any I have encountered and they are very close to the rows in front and behind. Not comfortable at all.
Professional courteous staff
Tray table slid downward whenever it was opened. Headphones quit after the first hour and got scratchy. So little room..tiny video screen. I could not get advance seating because of a code share flight.
Crew were amazing.
Flight attendants were cheerful and efficient.
I'm not a terribly large person, but there is zero room in economy. When the person in front of me put her seat back the screen was literally 6 inches from my face.
Placed in back row. Ran out of food choices twice!!! Requested they start serving from the back after the first shortage. Told that was not the procedure. The Swiss need to apply customer care to all in the same class equally.
