Ventajas: The flight was on time.

Desventajas: The cabin announcements were rapidly spoken and hard to understand. The seats are too close together. The flight was overheated, stuffy air, too hot.

Ventajas: The crew was average

Desventajas: It was an average flight ... nothing to complain about !

Desventajas: Cramped seats. No IFE. Chaotic boarding. Luggage missed flight.

Ventajas: The boarding was smooth and quick, flight arrived early. Service onboard was very good

Ventajas: Very confusing going through security.

Desventajas: Not being delayed at takeoff. We didn’t have enough time, as it was, to catch our flight to Boston and had to run to catch our flight. The scanners at passport control were also a problem.

Desventajas: No food on board, very poor services but punctual

Ventajas: The most amazing service, good food and great steward

Ventajas: Nothing. The flight was delayed and I missed my connection

Desventajas: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Desventajas: All of the less than good, obvious!

Ventajas: Loved the smooth ride.

Ventajas: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.

Desventajas: I dint like the way you guys sold me the tickets with only one bag to check in with when I went to the airport I’ve got to pay 58 pounds extra I was not happy with you guys so next time you have to tell your customers before they buy the tickets that’ it’s one bag check

Ventajas: The entire crew was amazing! Super comfy flight with complete lie-flat club world seats. Arrived into London feeling very refreshed!

Ventajas: La tripulación súper amable y el embarque estuvo a tiempo! La programación de Películas genial y eso ayuda a que el tiempo se pase más rápido por dicha.

Desventajas: Pedí una dieta especial ovolactovegetariana (con tiempo para no pasar congojas ni hambre) y me dieron una dieta completamente vegetariana. Hice todo el proceso en línea y ahí aparecía la opción de la dieta deseada, pero parece ser que pasaron por alto una parte de mi solicitud.

Ventajas: el vuelo fue rápido, salió a la hora y las maletas recogidas bastante rspido

Desventajas: El cuidado de las maletas y la anchura de los asientos . No era un low cost

Ventajas: Nothing. The airline changed the departure time for the first leg of my flight so I could not check my connection and had to cancel my flight and rebook with another airline.

Desventajas: Keep scheduled flight times.

Ventajas: Commitment to on-time travel, nice friendly staff, professionalism.

Desventajas: Seat had peanuts on it - I think it had not been cleaned. There were also rumpled newspapers in the seat back.

Ventajas: Avión de última tecnología con buen internet de ida pero no pude usarlo de vuelta, con muy poco espacio para un viaje tan largo.

Desventajas: 1- el servicio de la tripulación pedimos agua y nada que la traían. 2- Pésimo espacio entre asientos en clase turista 3- mal sistema, no permitio hacer el check in, y cuando dimos a opción de pagar asiento lo permitió hacer 4- en un viaje Intercontinental únicamente dieron una comida, no dieron coffee, el agua casi tuvimos que rogarla pues querían vender únicamente

Ventajas: La tripulación excelente, muy buena atención y la comida muy rica.

Desventajas: El entretenimiento, el avión que tome no tenía pantalla y fue muy aburrido.

Desventajas: Tanto el vuelo de salida de Costa Rica había México como el vuelo de México hacia Costa Rica salieron con hora y media de atraso.. En el vuelo de regreso, en el aeropuerto no nos daban ninguna información sobre el vuelo y no había personal de Interjet para evacuar dudas. Para rematar, nos perdieron una maleta al llegar a Costa Rica. Es importante señalar que cuando entregamos la maleta en el aeropuerto de México, no había personal ayudando para mover las maletas y estaban acumuladas en la zona de check-in

Ventajas: Me parece de agrado la atención

Desventajas: Puede ser el ser servicio de alimentos

Desventajas: Seats are too tight... to deplane we had to board a bus to take us to the terminal... not convenient

Ventajas: Demora del vuelo por más de tres horas para un vuelo de Centroamérica a Mexico; mal manejo del equipaje facturado, no hay espacio suficiente en la cabina para el equipaje de mano de todos los pasajeros, la cómida fue mala.

Ventajas: The crew was very professional and attentive.

Desventajas: Boarding was somewhat chaotic. They kept changing the gate often. Had to walk from extreme end of terminal, then walk back.

Ventajas: Good takeoff, good landing.

Ventajas: Cabin crew was great. Was told they don’t feel they can do a good job of serving 48 passengers in Premium Select with 2 crew.

Desventajas: Image recognition step slowed boarding down a lot. Food and amenities on Delta Premium Select seem to be getting worse

Desventajas: Cramped overhead luggage space. Delayed due to technical reasons. Previous flight was completely cancelled.

Ventajas: The food was very good and inflight entertainment was excellent.

Desventajas: They keep the cabin temperature too warm the entire flight. The seats are too stiff.

Ventajas: The crew is brilliant Punctual, spot on... 100% service delivery

Desventajas: Communicate with the other airports for delays....we got home 9 hours later and missed events which were planned because of a failed paperwork delay in Milano.

Ventajas: We left with hour delay but still made it on time for the next connection. Lufthansa had already announced they would have taken care of all inconveniences.

Desventajas: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Ventajas: Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good.

Desventajas: All good up to the level

Ventajas: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Desventajas: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Ventajas: Crew asked us if we’d like to move to an empty row to be more comfortable without us even requesting it.

Desventajas: Bigger coffee cups? Really nothing to complain about. Everything I would expect from a flight. A++

Ventajas: The crew was OK, but nothing special.

Desventajas: Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :(

Desventajas: Advertised October Pink products but did not have them for breast cancer support

Desventajas: Seats not comfortable in premier economy.

Crew outside was helpful, i suggest AC have some men to lift suitcases from scale to belt and not have these women who r checking ppl in have to struggle to life suitcases frim scale ti belt-why aren’t men there to assist? AC need to provide some assistance in this regard. in-fight crew was plain and ordinary, nothing to write home about. Not friendly, just do what “we are here to do” period!

Desventajas: I have given reviews on so many occasions to improve the airline but nothing got better

Ventajas: Meal/drink service excellent, friendly crew.

Desventajas: Boarding process confusing as groups 3-6 all lined up together. No air at seats.

Ventajas: IFE, good system, GUI, and good content, various options and languages.

Desventajas: Crew service, uninterested, careless, unemphatic, absolutely not dedicated to service, even borderline rude.

Desventajas: I requested a special meal request online but it didn’t go through, and the crew had to find me an alternate meal.
