There is not enough space for my legs and specially when the passenger in front move the seat
IBERIA crew lacks manners & are simply not pleasant. Plane was delayed 2 hrs & crew only told publicly what the problem was about 30 mins after original departure time. Food has been reduced & of less quality. Entertainment system wasn't working & crew didn't seem to understand it's their problem to fix it. It finally worked 3 hrs into the flight.

Leg room on Iberia flights is scarce, even though I'm only 5'7" tall. No snack or beverage service on a 2 1/2 hour flight.

Crew was friendly
Flight was delayed several times and the plane was really old, thought they would have something better but the staff did what they could to accommodate passengers.

The crew on the plane were lovely and the service was great. We paid for exit seats so had lots of leg room.
The plane was very old and the entertainment system poor. Small screens, no wifi and laggy interface.
The plane had a mechanical problem and did not fly out. We are hoping to fly out one day later.
Staff was attentive and pleasant. Seat was comfortable, good knee room. Left and arrived on-time. Good experience.
Reclining seats need to either go away, or be built so that reclining takes leg room away from the person reclining. Why should I be punished for a rude passenger in front of me who decides to punish me by reclining their seat?
I ordered food for my son and they had no record so he had some snacks only during a 10 hour flight. The cabin temperature was freezing, everyone was shivering but despite requests it stayed cold.
Boarding, friendliness of staff
Boarding was quick and efficient.
- Paid EXTRA for an emergency exit row and it felt like I was sitting on a hard wooden box the entire flight. - Food was awful/barely edible. - Plane was old, dingy and dirty. Window shade was broken.
Glass of water and a quick flight was all I needed. Went very well.
Small delay waiting for the walkway arm at the gate otherwise we’d have been early
