I flew in the A380 bulkhead at row 50 from Munich to Hong Kong. Have flown premium economy with Lufthansa before, it was no different from before. The service is efficient. Entertainment was fine and had an interesting selection in their world cinema section.
A pretty standard experience and nothing which makes you feel special. Other airlines might offer an upgraded meal in premium economy or a special cocktail, but not on Lufthansa.
The crew was great!
I was traveling with other people and we were not seated next to each other. And I got sick from the chicken.

Food was Good, flight was without much stress and a little faster to compensate for the delay.
Delayed boarding, no announcements, long wait in line for boarding, repeated delays. Not the first time - Every tome I use this flight it is delayed and without clear information to passengers how much delay is anticipated. Announcements, even if they come - come not loud, simultaneous with other announcements - so impossible to hear. Scheduled gate is moved every time too.
Flight got cancelled.
We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too.
He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner...
expedited check in with nice staff. Security staff were pleasant, and the entire check in process for everything was easy

Had travelled KLM to Amsterdam on my first flight 27 years ago and the aircrafts are stuck in that age! Lousy seats, poor quality bathrooms, lousy screens, prefer not to fly them

My return trip didn’t have any major unexpected expenses the way my outgoing trip did.
They broke a very expensive item that I purchased on my trip. It was properly wrapped and cushioned in clothing. I had fragile stickers on the outside of my luggage and it is shattered beyond repair.
I was not aware of the requirements of the Schengen Agreement and my passport was expiring in a couple of months. I was not able to get on this flight even though my final destination did not have the passport restrictions of the Schengen Agreement. When I booked the flight, I was not made aware of these requirements before my flight.
Everything worked out great. Shout out to the Washington Dulles airport for the quickest custom check of my life!
Once in Houston took 30minutes to the luggage to be delivered
The on board staff was very nice. That's pretty much the only thing that I liked.
Just about everything. Not only were both flights delayed, one without notice, both the check-in and boarding processes were obscenely long with no obvious reason. On board, the staff was very pleasant but took almost 20 minutes to respond to a page and I only paged them one time. The screens for entertainment had a lot of trouble reading touch for both my seatmate and I and the selections were very limited. My seat did not recline which made for a very uncomfortable flight as I had hoped to be able to sleep. They lost one of my bags and somehow still have not found it more than 36 hours later.
Delay, nothing to eat, poor service !
Plane left 45 minutes late. No reason given either when waiting or after late boarding. I didn't eat as I tried to sleep byt narrow seats meant being woken constantly by fidgety neighbour. Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing.

My pregnant wife was downgraded from business to economy 20 minutes before departure because the airline made a mistake with the reservation for our puppy traveling in the cabin with us. If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel

Seats are so narrow you have to huddle to one side to avoid physical contact with large passengers seated next to you.

For the second time I traveled with Air Canada there was a 4 hour delay in Toronto. I will not be traveling with Air Canada ever again
Service was outstanding!
The lunch was average at best. Comedy show selections were terrible (in my opinion). I miss the days of Curb Your Enthusiasm and Arrested Development.
Food was Fantastic, Air France the Best on Air.

After running due to a 1 hr 10 min change over between flights boarding didn't prioritise anyone but I got on fine. Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it.
