The flight attendant was very quick to meet any needs big or small.
Still extremely unhappy about my broken item.
Good and nice Food, crew helps , comfort seat and Entertainment clean and new screens .
I was not at all pleased with the overall experience. Most of the staff was very nice though. The flight staff was nice, the airport staff was not.
Flight was delayed without notice. They waited until after we were lined up to board to put this up on the board, leaving us standing around for an hour. They never announced it on the overhead. The boarding process took an obscene amount of time which seems to have been attributed to having one worker confirm passports after we had already been checked at the desk. He moved very slowly. Actual flight was quick and easy. No food or entertainment as it was only an hour.
My return trip didn’t have any major unexpected expenses the way my outgoing trip did.
They broke a very expensive item that I purchased on my trip. It was properly wrapped and cushioned in clothing. I had fragile stickers on the outside of my luggage and it is shattered beyond repair.
Everything worked out great. Shout out to the Washington Dulles airport for the quickest custom check of my life!
Once in Houston took 30minutes to the luggage to be delivered

There were no menu options for vegetarians on either meal. Several screens were not working, despite multiple reboot attempts.
I purchased a ticket that included one checked bag but their system said I purchased a ticked which didn’t include any checked luggage and I had to pay $60 to check my bag. Very frustrating!
Lots of movie choices.
Boarding was in a very tight space and I couldn't hear the gate agent on the intercom well.
Boarding was delayed. Missed the connection flight.

Out of 6 special vegetarian meals provided on 4 recent flights, all were pasta. One main meal of pasta even had A SIDE of pasta salad.
I liked that the flight was not full, therefore allowing additional room.
However food choices and seat room was quite poor. By the time food service was midplane. There was only one food option.

When we finally took off.
Flight was delayed >3.5 hours because of an "electrical problem affecting in-flight entertainment system and 1st and Business Class seats. After powering down the aircraft c. 3 times at 11:15pm CT the electrical system miraculously worked as normal.
