Me encanto el servicio y el trato que recibí por parte de todo el personal de Thomas Cook Airlines, volvería a volar con ellos en cualquier otra ocasión... El avión es hermoso, con excelente espacio, muy cómodo... Muy puntuales y muy bueno el servicio de comida durante el vuelo...

Me hubieran gustado los asientos declinables... pero nada que no se pueda aguantar..

The overhead cabin was really spacious. The leg room was impressive. The meals were enjoyable & served hot. The cabin temperature was nice. A bottle of water on the seat for both journey’s was a nice touch.

Leaving late on outward & inward bound journey’s. Checking in on line was disappointing as no baggage drop off, but enabled us to sit together. Boarding passengers in seating row numbers , when we all actually just got a bus to the plane as another airlne had the air bridge. In flight entertainment was ok, premium not worth £5.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Considering how crazy busy the Manchester UK airport was in August all went smoothly, boarding was efficient. Seats were okay but not too roomy for a larger person.

The (only) tiny movie screen was at the front of the cabin and. impossible to see for most passengers.

Staff where nice and flight was on time

I flu with my baby 18months and my partner, we were sat separately which didn’t help me at all as my child just kept asking and crying for her dad. No space to put her on my lap as she is a lap child.

Getting through security was a stressful nightmare. I had no idea what to put where. Was just given a tray and expected to know. Signs said inhalers needed to be in plastic bag but website said meds were ok but keep handy. Threatening notices said if you get it wrong your bag will be searched and you can be delayed for up to half an hour (the inference being you could miss your flight). Vowed not to fly again although may get over it!

Decent legroom

Having to turn off electronic equipment for take off and 30 mins before landing. Ridiculous as all other airlines now agree this is pointless.

Crew were polite, better than on the outward flight from Paris CDG to Leeds, but seemed more interested in chatting to each other than to reassure passengers about the long delays. Once underway, the flight progressed well.

When a 30 minute delay was announced (13.45 instead of 13.15), I was fairly philosophical. However, we didn't board until 13.45. Once settled in our seats, another 25 minutes went by when the plane did not move. No information's given. I asked a member of the cabin crew what was going on who said she didn't know anything. I then heard her ask (presumably the captain) on the intercom if he could make an announcement as 'passengers were enquiring' We were then informed that we would have a further delay of up to an hour. We eventually took off at 16.00, over two hours after scheduled time. Thank goodness, I had left plenty of time for my connecting train. I was equally unimpressed for different reasons with Jet2.com on the outward flight on 12 July. I will not be flying with them again.

Last minute booking from Alicante, amazing seat allocation and the flight arrived 35 minutes early.

Shame Leeds wasn’t ready for us, took far too long to access the terminal and queue at passport control was a joke. Landed feeling great, now I’m ticked off.

I was glad that i could take my hand luggage onto the plane, allowing me to exit without having to wait at the carousel. There was plenty of space in the overhead locker. I liked the sense of humour in the announcements - it proves that even serious things can be said in a pleasant manner

Zero communication, treated like cattle by ground staff, given a €5 food voucher after literally chasing staff around other boarding gates. €5 is not “reasonable” food expense for this length of delay under EU261. Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters.

Took off on time and landed early

1)I like the leg room in economy. 2) the bathrooms allow for a lot of headroom when compared to some airlines. 3)the affordability of the flights when compared to other long haul airlines

1) Boarding was late (seems to be a regular occurrence) and as a result the flight was delayed. 2)They have a habit of over booking seats. 3)There's no onboard wifi. For such a new jet in these modern times, I'd expect that such amenities would be a standard. 4) The online checkin is a bit dodgy; i had to keep refreshing the page- not very comforting. 5) Somehow having a one way ticket back to my HOME country (barbados) was deemed as an anomaly at the checkin desk at Gatwick. Ended up waiting for about 30 minutes at the checkin desk waiting for my boarding pass to be approved- absolute madness

The aircraft ergonomics and layout good, the cabin staff etiquette and service attention excellent, great cleanliness of cabin and on board toilets, and considering space limitations and high number of passengers the food and refreshments were excellent. Makes B.A. look second rate. Again excellent driving by those at the pointed end.

Ground staff at departures at Montego bay were a little aggressive and arrogant. Dont know where the hell the 787 manufacturing plant got their seat designers from, but they certainly didnt get a degree in human anatomy, I guess they thought the plane would only get short haul usage i.e. two and a half hour flights......seating most unconfortable!

Having to switch off all electronics while the seatbelt sign is on believe bags in the last century. Even a kindle! This is just ridiculous.

The convenience of the route

The thumping 'music' as we boarded, the over-jolly announcements which treated the passengers as if they were all mentally deficient or poorly educated. The information they conveyed was clear and comprehensive and obviously, safety instructions are crucial, but the format and tone of delivery were so patronising I thought they were a parody. They also assumed everybody was coming back to the UK after their holiday - the flight had a good proportion of French passengers and some of us don't live in the UK. Make the announcements more neutral. I fly with a lot of no-frills lines, especially Ryanair and EasyJet as well as the larger carriers such as Air France, BA, SAS and Air Canada, but I have never come across such grating and irritating announcements. I will think twice before booking another flight with them rather than endure this again.

I came to the airport on 17:30 but The Checkin counter were open too late, after 1800. There was only 1 staff member in the counter. The lines were long and crouded . After we finished our check in and sent the luggage we went to the gate. There they realized that some of the printed bourding passes are not o k. The attendant in the counter did not checked it and sent us to the gate. We had to go back to the counter but the flight was closed already. We called the staff and after all we had to pay 100 euro to the counter to print the correct bourding passes and then to rush to the aircraft. If Ryan air put enough staff in the counters it wouldn’t happen. We almost miss the flight and it caused us a big inconvenous.

We attempted to cancel our reservations more than a week before our trip because my husband was hospitalized. Not with the flu or a broken arm, but a major and serious life threatening illness we are still dealing with. We provided numerous documents as proof of the absolute dire situation and they denied the request over and over again. I get that the tickets were "non-refundable" but at least offer vouchers, credit, or be totally a stand-up company and refund the tickets. It wasn't buyers remorse, trust me, we would have preferred to be in Portugal, rather than sitting in a hospital hoping and praying for his recovery.

He tenido problemas con el cheking ya que yo pude mi nombre bien y tengo pantallazos en el móvil del proceso de reserva y habéis puesto mi segundo apellido. A ver si a la vuelta me dejan embarcar o por hacer el cambio del nombre mal puesto me cobran 60 €. Experiencia mala

The thumping 'music' as we boarded, the over-jolly announcements which treated the passengers as if they were all mentally deficient or poorly educated. The information they conveyed was clear and comprehensive and obviously, safety instructions are crucial, but the format and tone of delivery were so patronising I thought they were a parody. They also assumed everybody was coming back to the UK after their holiday - the flight had a good proportion of French passengers and some of us don't live in the UK. Make the announcements more neutral. I fly with a lot of no-frills lines, especially Ryanair and EasyJet as well as the larger carriers such as Air France, BA, SAS and Air Canada, but I have never come across such grating and irritating announcements. I will think twice before booking another flight with them rather than endure this again.

First holiday with Jet2 and really impressed. My only tip would be to book a meal, as pre-booked meals are served first and the non-booked sandwiches ran out by our row. Will fly with them again.

I flu with my baby 18months and my partner, we were sat separately which didn’t help me at all as my child just kept asking and crying for her dad. No space to put her on my lap as she is a lap child.

20 minutes notice of an 8 hour delay. Zero communication, treated like cattle by ground staff, given a €5 food voucher after literally chasing staff around other boarding gates. €5 is not “reasonable” food expense for this length of delay under EU261. Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters.

1)I like the leg room in economy. 2) the bathrooms allow for a lot of headroom when compared to some airlines. 3)the affordability of the flights when compared to other long haul airlines

1) Boarding was late (seems to be a regular occurrence) and as a result the flight was delayed. 2)They have a habit of over booking seats. 3)There's no onboard wifi. For such a new jet in these modern times, I'd expect that such amenities would be a standard. 4) The online checkin is a bit dodgy; i had to keep refreshing the page- not very comforting. 5) Somehow having a one way ticket back to my HOME country (barbados) was deemed as an anomaly at the checkin desk at Gatwick. Ended up waiting for about 30 minutes at the checkin desk waiting for my boarding pass to be approved- absolute madness

We attempted to cancel our reservations more than a week before our trip because my husband was hospitalized. Not with the flu or a broken arm, but a major and serious life threatening illness we are still dealing with. We provided numerous documents as proof of the absolute dire situation and they denied the request over and over again. I get that the tickets were "non-refundable" but at least offer vouchers, credit, or be totally a stand-up company and refund the tickets. It wasn't buyers remorse, trust me, we would have preferred to be in Portugal, rather than sitting in a hospital hoping and praying for his recovery.

I actually found the seat quite comfortable, compared with other low-cost airlines. I was glad that i could take my hand luggage onto the plane, allowing me to exit without having to wait at the carousel. There was plenty of space in the overhead locker. I liked the sense of humour in the announcements - it proves that even serious things can be said in a pleasant manner

I came to the airport on 17:30 but The Checkin counter were open too late, after 1800. There was only 1 staff member in the counter. The lines were long and crouded . After we finished our check in and sent the luggage we went to the gate. There they realized that some of the printed bourding passes are not o k. The attendant in the counter did not checked it and sent us to the gate. We had to go back to the counter but the flight was closed already. We called the staff and after all we had to pay 100 euro to the counter to print the correct bourding passes and then to rush to the aircraft. If Ryan air put enough staff in the counters it wouldn’t happen. We almost miss the flight and it caused us a big inconvenous.

Boarding was relatively painless. Although as always we seemed to end up in the crèche part of the cabin.

Having to switch off all electronics while the seatbelt sign is on believe bags in the last century. Even a kindle! This is just ridiculous.

Service from ground staff in Palma Being charged twice for our bags. Paid £200 for 2 bags instead of £100. Will never fly Ryan air again.
