Ventajas: The flight was on time, even though it left with almost 30 mins' delay (despite the fact that boarding was complete with a few minutes before the schedule take off time).

Desventajas: Seat comfort - the seats are tied with Ryanair for worst comfort (rigid and very cramped). Worst of all, though, as with Ryanair - seat allocation. Please, stop this "even though you're travelling together, you may be seated separately unless you pay to choose your seats" nonsense. It's ridiculous!

Desventajas: You must check in few hours before the flight. Checking in at the airport will cost you 35€. Besides that, the boarding took almost 40min and the seats are not comfy at all. That said, i would rather pay extra $50 and fly with normal company.

Ventajas: Everything went exactly as it should with any flight - check-in (long queue, but multiple desks open so it didn't take long for everyone to check-in on time), boarding (swift and efficient), operation (no technical issues, no unpleasant experiences, flight departed and landed on time) & plane (fairly new and clean aircraft).

Desventajas: Not being connected to a jet (boarding) bridge, despite the aircraft being parked right in front of the terminal, next to one of these connecting bridges. We had to take the bus circle the terminal for what felt like an unnecessary expense-cutting choice made by Wizzair.

Desventajas: They flew me from Madrid to Istanbul with a replacement passport knowing my final destination. Was Bahrain but would not let me board the plane in Istanbul. Now I’m stuck here with no money, credit card, or flight and I’m completely screwed because of Pegasus

Desventajas: Four hours flight with only a little snack, plane was not cleaned up ( pillow and plaid from before upon our seats )

Desventajas: The supervisor and some of his crew were rude because I had a problem and they were not helping

Desventajas: Not accusing the customer of not having a priority booking when they do, not having an hour long wait, and not accusing the customer of having a bag too big when it wasn’t.

Ventajas: I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane. The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight.

Desventajas: I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely.

Ventajas: One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled.

Desventajas: As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent.

Ventajas: Once boarding started it was very fast and flight left shortly after

Desventajas: Girl at the bording desk got in an argument with an passenger and she could have managed it a lot better then that.

Ventajas: The plane itself was beautiful and the seatback entertainment was serviceable.

Desventajas: Boarding was an hour late for no discernible reason, food for a nine hour flight was for pay only at about eight dollars a sandwich, crew was rude, and seats were very uncomfortable and close. I would never fly this airline again and will tell my friends to avoid it.

Desventajas: Online check in could be available immediately. I don't want to waste long time just for check in when I don't have luggages to pay. You could save time too many people.

Ventajas: This was a cut-price flight. Considering what we paid, the flight was amazing value for money. The plane was new. There was plenty of overhead space. The seat pitch was adequate. We took our own food. We slept for most of the flight. We arrived on time. If Norwegian can continue to keep the price low, I'll happily choose to fly with them again.

Desventajas: A free soft drink and nibbles would have been nice, though hardly necessary.

Ventajas: The crew was indeed amazing. First the first time of my life I was wishing for a couple more hours on the plan (premium ticket)

Desventajas: All in all everything was fine

Ventajas: We got an upgrade to business class and the experience was extraordinary. The service in general, but the warmth smile and courtesy of the flight attendants made the experience fantastic

Desventajas: Frankfurt connecting flights, security, and Passport control are terribly inefficient, with unclear guides to get passengers from B gates to A gates.

Desventajas: Seats were too close together.

Desventajas: Seat recline was broken- wouldn’t hold position.

Desventajas: The food is usually very good, this time it was poor to disappointing- dark meat chicken.., tasteless & unhealthy....mushy fruit dessert choices

Ventajas: Good selection of movies.

Desventajas: Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag.

Ventajas: N/A

Desventajas: Boarded plane from front of plane back. I paid €18 extra for my seat and I was the last to board. My bag was taken from me because there wasn’t room and it was lost during my layover. Crew members were all scowling and not helpful.

Desventajas: It was what I expected. Nothing incredible but good

Desventajas: Better organization during boarding would be good. People all stand around in a mass blocking others access to the boat ding pass control terminals.

Ventajas: Great gifts for children! However, there was no food for kids - apparently, I was supposed to request it in advance. This is something new, and I wish we were notified as soon as we purchased the ticket. We flew to Moscow in Sept. 2018 as well, and child's meal was provided without special requests.

Desventajas: When I bought the ticket, it looked like 2 seats near the window or wall, but in reality there were 3 seats in the middle. The flight was comfortable but not what I expected. If I knew those were 3-people seats, I would've picked something closer to the front of the plane.

Ventajas: The BA crew couldn’t be more excellent! They were friendly and courteous from the moment we stepped onboard the plane and maintained a professionalism all throughout the flight. Kudos once again to British Airways for the consistent service you provide over the years!

Desventajas: Transferring from an international flight to a domestic flight was difficult. This flight was a joint flight between Turkish airlines and China Southern, there should have been someone from China Southern to help us transfer when we landed. I asked the crew at the plane whether someone will help us transfer and they said yes, but there was none. At the very least, how to transfer to domestic flights has to be part of the customs video. Finding where to go was difficult for someone that does not know Chinese.

Desventajas: We were late, no TV screens, bad food and I can go on and on

Desventajas: The seats are so small and so uncomfortable, it almost made the 11hr flight unbeatable

Ventajas: Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con.

Desventajas: WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!

Ventajas: The flights were very good, friendly and professional. Planes were clean and seems to be well maintained for the passengers

Desventajas: Only issue I had was a 5 hour layover in Cairo, not long enough to explore so just sitting in the airport, and there is no wifi available in the airport, even at Starbucks nothing. Apparently an airport rule, but it sucks with a long layover.

Ventajas: Crew were nice, hygiene

Desventajas: We should have alcohol.

Ventajas: I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers.

Desventajas: We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus.

Ventajas: Nothing. Horrible experience overall, but what you pay is what you get.

Desventajas: A lot of confusion at the airport when we wanted to check our bags. I felt they could have directed traffic (the people trying to check in) better.

Ventajas: No different than other airlines as far as airplane goes. Crew was OK.

Desventajas: Ticketing process was little bit chaos. I had 5 different names on my e-tickets, but one person name was missing and there were duplicate names.I showed my e-tickets and a ticketing agent took care of it.

Desventajas: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.
