Very friendly crew going out of way to assist in making trip comfortable
Had travelled KLM to Amsterdam on my first flight 27 years ago and the aircrafts are stuck in that age! Lousy seats, poor quality bathrooms, lousy screens, prefer not to fly them
We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too.
He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner...
I enjoyed the attention to detail and comfort. Helped to make the flight easier to handle.

... ear plugs, masks, good food or even picking seats? I remember when it was all complementary and standard on overnight flights. Oh, and the vegetarian breakfast was unfortunately poor as well. I know you can do better, because you used to.
Never in my life I had to pay for coffee in a flight My seat was not cleaned after the previous flight. I found trash belonging to previous passengers on my seat.

Forgot my luggage in Toronto. This is the second time with aer Lingus in the past 8 month. Had to pay for my seat and baggage on top of ticket price, was unaware.

I was unable to get my seats assigned from America. I had to go to the Aer Lingus desk when I arrived to get seat assignment.
Too hot on plane, despite several requests to turn up air conditioning. Would be nice if pilot gave a few more updates as to why we sat on the tamac so long.
Ricaro seats often broken and backs don’t stay in the upright position.
Food is terrible. The hot pocket meal served at the end of the westbound flight is even more than terrible. The (single) Oreo cookie served for dessert on the eastbound flight is rather disappointing and truely less than one would expect or hope for from a Swiss airline!
787 is an excellent plane and I could sleep a little
I was boarding at gate C4. Doesn't anyone get it ! Using the word "bomb" in airports is a big no-no however C4 is OK? Even a little old lady knows what C4 stands for.
The plane wasn't totally booked and very clean
