Ventajas: Salió más o menos puntual. El comandante era agradable.

Desventajas: El tamaño de la cabina es muy escaso. Para gente alta o voluminosa es un reto.

Desventajas: The seats were so uncomfortable for such a long flight. And they was not enough space between rows. I felt like cattle. It was in humane. My legs were numb several times during flight. My chair would not recline properly. I’m exhausted. Won’t be booking aireuropa ever again.

Ventajas: The flight was on time and the staff were great.

Desventajas: The seats are quite worn, with crumbs and drips here and there from previous flyers, and the magazines very dog-eared - makes you feel a bit like you don't want to touch anything.

Desventajas: Boarding and disembarkation were slow.

Desventajas: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Desventajas: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Desventajas: Information on arrival time was not correct

Desventajas: I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare

Ventajas: Cops is always a good reason to flight

Desventajas: They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there.

Desventajas: Delay in take off 45 min!!!!

Desventajas: The ticket was overbook. I ended up with no food on the plane because meals was not enough. There is no usb ports in both planes.

Ventajas: Great staff , amazing dinner, and the entertainment screen size was best

Desventajas: At the boarding gate they were cherry picking whose bag is too large and whose isn't. My bag was tagged for nothing, no one at the aircraft was to load them to baggage hold. Plenty of space on the plane. What is the point of the fuss.

Desventajas: Continues the use of entertainment tv program during the delays - take off was delayed, descending was delayed and parking was delayed.

Ventajas: The crew was very attentive and willing to assist with everything.

Desventajas: The long stopover at London (11:20 hrs) should have been taken care of in terms of accommodation, SPA Access or meal voucher.

Desventajas: Turkish was phenomenal. FareScan could have definitely been better. After booking they called demanding another $145 for my seats. They said they couldn’t complete my reservation without it and needed an email confirmation from me to approve the new charge. Seeing I was short on time, I didn’t have a choice. Will never do business with them again.

Desventajas: The transfer from international flights to domestic is difficult. I came to Guangzhou with a joint flight of Turkish airlines and China southern but there was no one at the airport when we landed to inform us how to transfer our luggage to the domestic flights and how to check in. Considering I don’t know Chinese, this was tough.

Desventajas: Turkish Airlines, as always, up to the mark!

Ventajas: The airplane was clean and nice The flight attendants were kind The kit (toothbrush lip balm, etc) provided was nice

Desventajas: Turn on AC. Bigger seats. Better food. Serve drinks more than twice on an 8 hour flight. Actually have soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Desventajas: The food!!!! Worst airline food. The crew barely announce in English. Boarding process is a mess

Desventajas: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Desventajas: Took half hour extra to board an have us waiting for the bus from the terminal to the plane on the stairs

Desventajas: Crazy early. Boarding pass says gate closes by 1205 (for scheduled 1220 departure). We TOOK OFF (in air) before 1200. We got yelled at because we arrived only 1 hour early — should be 3 hours early for an “international flight”. Luggage very difficult, Must rush, etc. But everything turned out great. Scl is crazy airport — 20 minute wait for gate ramp when we got there (still 20 minutes early, instead of 40! On a 60-minute scheduled flight!). Huge long walk to immigration. Pretty long wait for bags. But it all worked out fine.

Ventajas: We got to Chicago at least 45 minutes before the expected landing time. The dinner was pretty good and the crew came around many times offering drinks. The ground crew did a good job of evaluating luggage and tagging people’s bags before the overhead bins got too full so it didn’t delay our flight.

Desventajas: The snack sandwich was freezing cold...

Desventajas: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Ventajas: Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France.

Desventajas: Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line.
