Paid for priority board but there’s no priority given at the gate.
Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain...
Absolutely nothing. A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable

Extremely poor service by the cabin crew. They were extremely lethargic and slow with service. So much so that numerous rows of seats with young families were never served. No announcement or apology, they just stopped serving as they needed to prepare to land. They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had.

Scheduled to depart at 19.50, left at 01.50 and arrived in Barcelona at 5am.
The crew was great and the flight itself was fine
The checking in experience was chaotic. I was told I was on standby for my connecting flight to New York. The flight was delayed by almost an hour and a half.
Hard working on board crew
check in procedure in Berlin: That airport is different. You drive right to the gate from which you board the plane. I showed up early and was told that I had to take by suitcase to another location if I wanted to check in 3 hours early. After lugging the suitcase a quarter of a mile, I was told that they don't do that and I had to return to the designated gate at the appropriate time.
Excellent airline. The flights are always on time and the email notifications make it easy to print out boarding passes and go right to the gate.
The seating and leg room is quite cramped
The crew was great. I was lucky to get a comfortable enough seat. Not the one I actually booked and paid for but still it was ok.
I was told I was placed on standby for this flight despite the fact that I booked this flight and paid extra for the chosen seat far in advance. The boarding was chaotic. Very poor communication. The flight was very delayed.
Nothing about it
