i think the whole airline companies are losing the idea of providing simple free tea or coffee.
Boarding was quick and efficient. Flight left on time. Arrived early. What's not to like?
En este viaje a diferencia del anterior los asientos tienen un diseño más delgado lo que me dió la sensación de mayor comodidad para el espacio de mis piernas
We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged.
Staff where nice and flight was on time
I flu with my baby 18months and my partner, we were sat separately which didn’t help me at all as my child just kept asking and crying for her dad. No space to put her on my lap as she is a lap child.
Staff were fine.
Paid for legroom, there was none!
The flight itself was quick and crew members were professional.
We weren't informed of flight delays until arriving at the airport. No information was provided on departure time until after waiting almost 2 hours. Ryanair staff at the airport made announcements exclusively in Spanish, without providing an English translation.
Flight didn’t leave until about 11 as boardinf didn’t start until after 10 so we arrived in Manchester at midnight.
Because we missed our connection on our incoming flight, due to a delay leaving Newark by Swiss, Swiss cancelled our returning flights. So when we got to the airport on our return day, we were not booked on any flights. We were required to stay overnight and take a United flight home. Will avoid Swiss in the future.
I flew to Berlin last minute for a 4 day business trip. Was asked to check my carry on and I haven't seen it since. Waited for over 2 hours in the baggage service line at the Berlin airport, filled out a form and haven't heard anything since.
The crew was great. I was lucky to get a comfortable enough seat. Not the one I actually booked and paid for but still it was ok.
I was told I was placed on standby for this flight despite the fact that I booked this flight and paid extra for the chosen seat far in advance. The boarding was chaotic. Very poor communication. The flight was very delayed.
Overall everything was great
The seats would recline too far so that people behind would get their range of motion uncomfortably limited.
