With WizzAir no more in my life it’s even worse than Easyget or Raynair even if you have a cabin suitcase you still have to check in you can’t take it on a plain anymore. Really disappointing and they are not that cheap as they think. £90 one way from Kiev to Luton it’s a bit too much
The Check in was nice and polite
1. There was a delay in the flight. 2. The landing was horrible 3. The boarding was delayed. 4. The plane was not comfortable .
The flight was delayed and there was even no information about it. Gate number was changed after boarding time and we didn’t hear any appologize not even receive some meal vouchers or food on board. We arrived more then 1 hour later- I can not evalute this as a good service.

We got to our destination.
There was a problem with their website that was out of our control, that didn’t allow us to print boarding passes and we were charged at the airport even though we had proof we tried and were not able through no fault of our own
The flight was OK but we were mislead by your advertising which clearly stated that one checked bag was included with each ticket. When we arrived to check in we were told that was incorrect and we would need to pay for any checked bags.
The false advertising is illegal in most countries but apparently not here.

We were scheduled for a 5:40pm flight from split to zagreb, but arrived to the airport a little after 3 and were asked if we'd like to board the 4pm flight to the same destination, instead. After we said yes, we had about a 15 minute wait while the attendant rearranged our information, and then we were whisked to the front of the security line, and immediately boarded. They hadn't even told us they'd upgraded us to business class! One of the best flight experiences I've had.

They changed my seat at the gate, will be filing a claim to Turkish airlines.
I was not notified, until I was already at JFK, about a 3hr50min delay in departure from JFK due to mechanical that happened in Istanbul many many hours before. Then the connecting flight at 11:15am IST/TLV was fully booked and I was booked only at 13:30 IST/TLV and therefore arrived more than 7 hours after my original schedule - due to a mechanical. According to IATA and international rules I am now due a full refund on my flight cost and will start proceedings against Turkish Airlines for this money. It was a nightmare for all the hours waiting. We also had to deplane in IST from the JFK flight on steps rather than into a gate!! Same with the TLV/IST flight. Terrible.

Food and entertainment were great.
The air conditioner was on full blast for a trip to Istanbul, Turkey from NYC. It was very uncomfortable and I could not get any sleep because I was freezing the whole way. Seriously, two sweaters and a blanket did not help. My hands were so cold I the entire time.
The temperature on this overnight flight was sweltering Legroom was poor
The crew was very nice and very good. They served the evening meal very promptly. They could have made another trash run prior to everyone trying to sleep for the night flight.
The coach seats are narrower than any I have encountered and they are very close to the rows in front and behind. Not comfortable at all.
Crew were amazing.
Placed in back row. Ran out of food choices twice!!! Requested they start serving from the back after the first shortage. Told that was not the procedure. The Swiss need to apply customer care to all in the same class equally.
The food was amazing, the in-flight entertainment was amazing, and the flight attendants were amazingly kind and beautiful. :) Swiss Air has set the standard on airline food, serving Swiss Chocolate and Gruyere cheese on the flight! It was the best!
My only concern was that there were times when I felt a little too warm. The newer Boeing 777 doesn't have passenger controlled A/C.
The way that crew made the comfortable light by asking everybody seating near windows to close the sheets so the passengers can rest! Thank for that
