Screaming children. Totally clueless, rude flight crew. Next time kids are screaming for three hours straight on a red eye, maybe offer the parents some assistance. Makes the “perks” like hot towels seem ridiculous when staff are completely indifferent.
With Singapore Airlines the service is always good I actually paid extra to fly them after three weeks in India
Older plane with a fair amount of broken down details Plugs don’t all work, magazine pocket had rips, etc.... could be that they allocate resources to different markets
The cabin crew were fantastic. Food was abundant. Most boarding systems worked well. Choosing seats was confusing on website so we were allocated seating. The newer planes had a fantastic touch screen entertainment system. The seats on the newer planes were much more comfortable and roomy
The small seats are squishy on the older planes. The entertainment system on the older planes were dated and difficult to use. I felt sick after the flight to UK but felt fine coming home after one long flight on a newer plane.
They treated you like you were important and really took care of my every need

The cabin crew was super patient and accommodating of the passengers.
Our flight was delayed so we could not make out connecting flight. We had to wait 6 hours get another flight to Atlanta and then fly to Boston the next day, longest flight ever was horrible I called out sick from work too.
My entire travel experience became extremely rushed and chaotic due to my flight being canceled and me being alerted -LESS THAN AN HOUR BEFORE IT TOOK OFF! This is unacceptable.
Long delays to go through security screening and then further delays as the plane was still being fueled at departure time.
The crew lady was nice and I liked the food even though it was a one hour flight

You can't beat the convenience of traveling without having a layover which are never guaranteed to be on time. The food isn't bad but service makes up for whatever shortcomings there are in that dept.

The staff were friendly and warm. They did what they could with all they had. I was financially compensated for being put on standby because of over sold tickets resulting in my return flight being changed to the next day.
On my flight there my built in tablet didn’t work so I didn’t have any entertainment for a long flight. My return flight was put on standby and I had to leave the next day instead. Stressful

Very good service on board, crew very attentive and polite.
Lack of communication with customers in change of situation. Airline had to change the aircraft and as a result all passengers had to be transported to the new aircraft by buses rather than via boarding bridges. It was the longest airport shuttle ride ever because no one told us what to expect. People complained. But airline could have managed expectations better by giving notice to customers what will happen next, customers will be more forgiving that way.
Left relatively on time, friendly crew, clean cabin, and good enough
Completely disorganized boarding from front and back of aircraft led to clogged isles as people from the back tried to make it to the front and visa versa.
There was a lot of carry on luggage on this flight, like the one from Denver to Heathrow, but it was handled in a much better manner. We were invited to board early if we check in our carry on luggage. During the boarding process the crew gave continious reminders to place items under the seat which fit there, This lead to a very smooth boarding process.
No basic drinks and snacks were offered. Of cousrse, meal type foods cost money, but it should be possible to provide something to drink on or snack.

The crew was great and made the flight comfortable and easy! They brought drinks as needed, free of charge, movies and headphones were provided, and the flight arrived ahead of schedule in London! A wonderful experience! Would absolutely fly again and was so pleased to find the deal on kayak!!!!
Boarding was relatively efficient, the food was decent although breakfast was a modest chicken sandwich, and the staff was friendly.
Breakfast, a chicken salad sandwich in plastic and a cookie, was not my favorite thing to face in the morning after a long transatlantic flight.

Crew were amazing.
The food was amazing, the in-flight entertainment was amazing, and the flight attendants were amazingly kind and beautiful. :) Swiss Air has set the standard on airline food, serving Swiss Chocolate and Gruyere cheese on the flight! It was the best!
My only concern was that there were times when I felt a little too warm. The newer Boeing 777 doesn't have passenger controlled A/C.

1. The economy seats were extremely uncomfortable and tight, unlike other Int’l flights we have been on, ie, Virgin and British Airlines 2.Food was the worst we have ever had on an Int’l Flt. 3. Main meal selection ran out. Staff said there was nothing they could fo. 4. Our suitcase arrived really beat up. It looked like it was dragged along the tarmac. There were several large rips. To make it worse, this was the first trip we have used the suitcase.

The seats were minuscule...the depth was narrower than when Id previously used different airlines. The space between rows was also compromised. I think that the Dreamliner is even more streamlined with less space so they can put more passengers on! The toilet kept flushing when seated on it! The food was repetitive - ordered Asian Veg and got almost the same food for 3 meals. The dessert was exactly the same 1 piece of melon and 2 cubes pineapple. The male crew member did not want to be there. He grunted at the passengers. He was annoyed and when clearing food trays dropped it and aI wore custard all over me and the armrest of my seat. Fortunately I had a blanket covering me so it all landed on that. He was more upset that it also splattered him.

The crew was very friendly and the food was good. The entertainment options had too much variety with relatively new movies available.
The furniture and general interior of the plane was too old and used. Lots of things that don’t work or are loose. The in-flight entertainment had too many useless interruptions for announcements.

Helsinki is a convenient connection to fly to the U.S. One of Finnair planes was damaged earlier in Chicago and they used AirItaly to operate this flight. I was traveling with a recent wrist fracture and I was lucky I had an empty seat next to me that allowed me to move my arm a lot to avoid swelling.
Our boarding was an hour and a half delayed
This is a great way to travel from Helsinki to Tampere and avoid the railway and train changing.
The plane is not comfortable, but the flight is very short. It balances out.
Boarding was ok in Dublin, even though they habitually use one of the poor gates with inadequate seating and entry to the plane from the tarmac, not via a bridge. queing and check in were well managed however.
Disembarked at Helsinki unto a bus. Despite landing roughly on time, this antiquated procedure effectively made the flight 20 mins late, as that’s when the passengers got to the terminal.

the area I sat in smelled weird even though the crew helped spray a solution it didn’t help the smell .. Vegetarian meal is not good
It is so far a cut above the American carriers. There’s no way to compare them, because Qatar Airways is so far superior. The seats are far more comfortable and larger, the amount of legroom is far superior, you have much more personal space, and the craft is cleaner. Flight Attendants are fantastic! They provide excellent personal care, and are there for everything. They are supremely polite and courteous, and bring things in mediately. Very often anticipating your needs. This is what flying used to be like on United and American. But those people have completely forgotten what service is. Qatar is a 5 star airline. United and American, to my view, are 2 star at best.

On time, chose the raw meal which was excellent.
Food selection available was not good in my opinion - pretty much tailored to Indian appetite and stomachs. Very pour options for juices and alternate foods.
Cheap flight that left somewhat on time. The middle seat wasn’t open so it made for a pretty easy flight.
No beverages or snacks. Nothing to watch and the plane was dated.

The head rests were very uncomfortable pushing your head forward. Plane was overbooked so my family couldn’t even sit together.
Srilankan airlines did not allow me to board my flight and had the least helpful customer support reps.
