Ventajas: Warned about Ryanair and the strict luggage rules, I made sure to follow the bag weight and size dimensions to the letter.

Desventajas: I saw LOTS and LOTS of people bringing much bigger carry on wheelie bags well over the "restricted size". Same with the under seat bag. Irritating since I spend a lot of money on the correct bags since all my own bags were slightly bigger than those allowed. No one checked bag sizes or weights. What a waste.

Desventajas: They try to charge you for everything. Be careful that you print your boarding pass and check in prior to arriving at airport for your flight, or they will try and charge you 45 Euro.

Desventajas: They send repeated emails pushing you to upgrade your seat or to pay for your carry-ons. They try to scare you into spending more money. I received several emails stating I would have to pay higher fees to check my carry-on at the gate. I opted not to pay as they insisted so I was worried the entire trip. Was not charged at the gate as the emails started. They have good prices on Sears but try to make it up in fees.

Ventajas: Friendly staff

Desventajas: 25 minutes delay due to runaway problems

Ventajas: The price was the best thing out of this whole experience. Two tickets from Barcelona to Rome were 44 euros. If you check-in online it's free otherwise you have to pay 45 euros at the airport. Also if you stay within the baggage limit you don't have to pay for the luggage allowance. We didn't pay to pick seats and we were sit next to each other (most likely because we check-in online a day before).

Desventajas: Boarding was slow and chaotic. Very cramped seats. You are literally sitting on top of each other. Also, the plane was very hot. They don't give you any snacks. If you want anything to eat or drink you have to purchase it. At times the crew ignored passengers. If you are looking for comfort and friendliness this is not the airline for you.

Ventajas: Avión limpio, salió a tiempo y llegamos a tiempo.

Ventajas: One of the crew member was really rude, she made a mistake went off on me and didn’t even apologize, she act like nothing happened, I tried reaching out to the airline and they never got back to me

Ventajas: The onboard food for purchase has lots of good selections They have a good price.

Desventajas: The way they board. They have one big long line. Then they heard you down stairs and in to a bus and then you have to board by stairs again. Have they heard of jet ways. The space between seats is minimal.

They made me put my backpack up top, but at least it gave me lots of legroom. Having a mandatory check in several hours before your flight to avoid a fee for "normal" check-in seems not customer friendly.

Ventajas: Nothing! This is the worst airline I have traveled with. Always late and usually by servers hours not just a few minutes late. I mean late when you have to wait for the announnouncement of your flight for hours

Ventajas: The plane arrived on time to Rome. That's about it.

Desventajas: Not much TO like. The biggest problem was having our luggage LOST for 90 mins after arriving at Rome. How does the plane lose our luggage on a DIRECT flight? And in that time items disappeared from one of our suitcases. Specifically, $60 U.S. And a set of Bluetooth wireless earphones. My fault I know for putting cash in a checked bag, but I KNOW they were in there when we left Barcelona. Just a huge lack of respect by their employees.But having to wait 90 mins to retrieve our luggage was just uncalled for. Also, having the flight crew acting like street vendors trying to sell items during the flight was very low class. I know you get what you pay for, but it felt very cheesy and unprofessional to have them moving thru the plane hawking wares.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed an hour but we were not told once about any delay. They had us stand in line at boarding time and then wait for forty minutes. They did not address the delay until the end of the flight.

Desventajas: Ryanair is the single worst airline I have experienced in 46 years of flying on more than 80 airlines from many countries. I will not ever fly them again, regardless of cost.

Ventajas: I love Rome...it was truly amazing but the airline was horrible, service was the worst.

Desventajas: Overall this airline has been the worst airline I have traveled with. From the staff being rude and yelling at us in front of customers to the airplane seats. I understand it's a cheap low price airline but come on.

Desventajas: first, they had a fee not well explained in the areas of bookings about check in and luggage. 40 euros per person just because we did not checked in on their app. we where not the only persons that had the same problem. about 6 other couples presented with same. plane had difficulties, nothing to drink, plane was delayed and very inconfortable. not recommended at all.

Desventajas: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Desventajas: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

What was upsetting was the attitude of one of the attendants of the counter. She was a spaniard lady lacking all customer service skills. I will never use this airline again

Desventajas: This is the only international flight I have ever taken that did not serve food or drinks. We asked for water 4 times and was brought a small glass half full only once. We had to purchase food and drink separately. I can't even believe juice or soda was not included! It is dangerous to not offer at least water for that long of a flight. Would never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again.

Ventajas: Nothing was terrible about the flight. The crew was great. There was a delay b/c of weather, but you can’t blame that on the airlines. But € 3 for a bottle of water. Really. Extra fees to be able to take a carry on bag onboard. Really. The attempt to squeeze every last farthing out of the customer is frankly disgusting.
