Ventajas: Lots of legroom. The crew was very nice and friendly.

Desventajas: The plane was late and boarding was delayed by an hour and a half which caused us to pay a late check in at our hotel. Boarding was not an easy, seamless process. They made me put my backpack up top, but at least it gave me lots of legroom. Having a mandatory check in several hours before your flight to avoid a fee for "normal" check-in seems not customer friendly.

Ventajas: We flew Rome to Barcelona and we're scheduled to come back to Rome and then fly back to the states. Besides being able to change our flight to go from Barcelona back to the states (with Norwegian) due to changes in plan, we would have considered booking through another airline. Yes, it really was that bad! Food was fine but you have to pay extra for all of it.

Desventajas: My bag touched the top of the bag screening box for carry-on but otherwise fit and would have fit FINE in the overhead compartment. But NO. I got to pay €50 instead and have them check it. Literally for touching the top but still fitting inside fine. Worst legroom ever. Terrible. I had a middle seat and elbows digging into me on both sides. Awkward! Online check-in automatically selects for one person to be in the front and one person in the back unless you pay more to sit together. Unless you pay the fee you cannot sit with someone you're traveling with. Bathroom broken on flight and only one stall available. Long wait! No pouches in the seat in front of you-- kind of annoying... Staff seemed burnt out and ready to get off the plane. I totally could empathize. Maybe it was because we were heading to Barcelona, but major party crowd who was pretty rowdy on the flight. People standing in the aisles blocking the flight attendants, people sitting on each other's laps some and being loud-- kind of like being on a party bus. Will for sure be telling friends to avoid this airline no matter the price-- not worth saving a few bucks for the discomfort and hidden fees. DON'T FLY this airline if you have kids. Your 5 year old will probably get a middle seat at the back of the plane while you're in the front unless you want to pay extra for everyone to sit together. DON'T FLY this airline if you have American sized carry on luggage. They don't care about your American sized luggage. Whatever the baggage guidelines are, subtract some because that's what they REALLY mean. Get the tiny hard case Euro suitcase if you want to carry on a bag. Otherwise the fee is very high! DON'T FLY this airline if you are over 6 feet tall or have long legs. Ok, they let you stand most of the flight anyway. You'll feel better on another airline. If you can spend an extra 15, do it and AVOID this one.

Ventajas: i liked it when finally got out of the plane

Desventajas: first, they had a fee not well explained in the areas of bookings about check in and luggage. 40 euros per person just because we did not checked in on their app. we where not the only persons that had the same problem. about 6 other couples presented with same. plane had difficulties, nothing to drink, plane was delayed and very inconfortable. not recommended at all.

Desventajas: La ubicación del avión, estaba en la otra punta de la otra terminal del aeropuerto. La verdad es que tener que correr para llegar a tiempo del embarque y que luego te paseen en el autobús durante 20 minutos hasta llegar al avión no es precisamente agradable. ¿No podrían poner el avión más cerca de la terminal? y ya de paso, no podrían también poner la puerta más cerca (para llegar a la B46 desde la entrada del aeropuerto me llevó media hora).

Ventajas: Efficient. On time.

Ventajas: The price was the best thing out of this whole experience. Two tickets from Barcelona to Rome were 44 euros. If you check-in online it's free otherwise you have to pay 45 euros at the airport. Also if you stay within the baggage limit you don't have to pay for the luggage allowance. We didn't pay to pick seats and we were sit next to each other (most likely because we check-in online a day before).

Desventajas: Boarding was slow and chaotic. Very cramped seats. You are literally sitting on top of each other. Also, the plane was very hot. They don't give you any snacks. If you want anything to eat or drink you have to purchase it. At times the crew ignored passengers. If you are looking for comfort and friendliness this is not the airline for you.

Ventajas: I got to my destination safely.

Desventajas: The guy who was checking us in mumbles the entire time. Couldn’t understand a word he was saying and why we were delayed 50 mins. There was supposed to be an open seat next to me and I even paid for priority but someone got their friend to sit next to them and she took the entire arm rest that she didn’t pay for. Overall I didn’t enjoy my time on RyanAir. I will need to looks elsewhere as I don’t think I can ever fly with RyanAir ever again.

Desventajas: First they asked us to be at the airport 3 hours before the flight, sadly the staff did t arrive and didn't open the ticket counter until 2 hours before the flight. Secondly, you need to print your boarding pass prior to arriving. I did my check in online and paid for a checked bag which what's $58. The employee asked to see the boarding pass on my way phone, obviously it wasn't pulling up this time. We had to pay 15€ per ticket just to print them. That to me is rediculous. The on the flight, they will not take any credit card that isn't European and they are the first airline to accept cash onboard. Overall our experience was horrible. You would think after making us wait in line for over and hour they wouldn't charge is to PRINT the tickets. This airline is perfect for someone traveling by themselves with only a carry on and having access to a printer.

Desventajas: The people at the counter is very rude and inflexible, they do not help you in anyway and they just want to charge you all the fees they can in a very disrespectful way! As customers we should not pay super high extra fees for checking in at the airport. When we are traveling, we don't always have wi fi access, specially in London, so we were unable to check in online, causing us to have to pay 50 pounds per person plus 35 per bag. I would never recommend this airline to anybody, not even to my worst enemy. This is a thief company, robbing you the money you try to save by flying with them!!!!

My carry on bag which has fit in all the trains across Europe and other airlines did not meet the standards of Vueling so I was charged with 50 euros which is ok with me. What was upsetting was the attitude of one of the attendants of the counter. She was a spaniard lady lacking all customer service skills. I will never use this airline again

Desventajas: Compré el vuelo un día antes, no me permitió hacer web checkin, tenía que hacerlo en el aeropuerto pero jamás especificaron horario. En el mostrador del aeropuerto me dicen que tuve que hacerlo por web o haber llegado antes ( llegue 2 horas antes) así que tuve que pagar 55 € para poder tomar el vuelo. No fueron amables. No es la primera vez que tengo problemas con el servicio al cliente o con vuelos. El vuelo salió 1 hora tarde aproximadamente

Ventajas: Warned about Ryanair and the strict luggage rules, I made sure to follow the bag weight and size dimensions to the letter.

Desventajas: I saw LOTS and LOTS of people bringing much bigger carry on wheelie bags well over the "restricted size". Same with the under seat bag. Irritating since I spend a lot of money on the correct bags since all my own bags were slightly bigger than those allowed. No one checked bag sizes or weights. What a waste.

Desventajas: This flight was about the 5th leg of our European trip. I attempted several times to complete the early check in on the website so that we would save the fee of checking in later at the airport but I was unable to. We left our hotel 4 hours prior to the flight departure because the metro ride was 1 hour to the Barcelona airport. Next, we waited in line at the airport and were then told to go wait in another line and pay 50 euros each for the airport check-in. Then, our flight was delayed so we got to spend a whole day of our vacation in the Barcelona airport! What a waste of valuable time for us. Next tour of Europe I will gladly spend up to $400 more for a reliable flight on a different airlines. Time is more valuable, especially vacation time!

Ventajas: The staff is always very polite and nice.

Desventajas: First flight of the day was majorly delayed. I understand these things happen. But all flights before 09:00 are the star flights where airlines get their on-time departure scores. They failed today.

Ventajas: Crew were polite. The plane was clean and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Luggage cabins were. roomy. Price was great and no extra hidden charges.

Desventajas: Food was okay. Small portions

I received several emails stating I would have to pay higher fees to check my carry-on at the gate. I opted not to pay as they insisted so I was worried the entire trip. Was not charged at the gate as the emails started. They have good prices on Sears but try to make it up in fees.

Ventajas: The flight was basic, without added perks such as a screen on the back of the seat in front of you, but it also got us to Rome safely. For that, I thank you.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed one hour by an unknown issue and boarding staff did not communicate at the gate. Some of the passengers were boarded then the rest of the passengers were left standing in line at the gate for a prolonged period of time. Boarding staff did not address the passengers while we waited. We did not know how serious the issue was while we waited, if we were going to be allowed to board, or if the flight was going be cancelled. Just before boarding the issue was attributed to a passenger from the previous flight who was in a wheelchair and required assistance. Would have been nice to know while we waited.

Ventajas: El vuelo salio en hora, incluso llegamos antes de la hora prevista

Desventajas: No cabian las maletas de mano y nos hicieron facturar. Sin embargo habia personas que llegaron despues a la cola de embarque y les dejaron subir la maleta. Si solo caben 90 maletas y esa es su política que sean mas cuidadosos a la hora de llevarlo a cabo

Desventajas: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Desventajas: Awful experience. Could not print boarding passes online and tried to pull them up at the airport, but there was no internet connection. Staff was incredibly rude and tried to make us pay $50 to print on site. Finally downloaded the passes (which, by the way, we had to obtain at least 24 hrs in advance - an easy email to miss). "Priority boarding" (also paid extra for) was a joke. Everyone had to get on a bus to arrive at the plane, and no order was kept, so it was basically a free-for-all to board the plane (lots of flying elbows). As a result, the overhead space by our seats (second row) was filled and we had to put our bags much further back (again defeating the purpose of "priority boarding"). Upon arrival to our destination, there was zero indication that our checked bag would be at completely different terminal. It took going through lost and found and 2 information folks to find the correct baggage claim area (and another go through security). All in all, a terrible experience. Not worth the extra $$ we may have saved. AVOID!!!

Ventajas: New Boeing 787. Nice aircraft

Desventajas: This is the only international flight I have ever taken that did not serve food or drinks. We asked for water 4 times and was brought a small glass half full only once. We had to purchase food and drink separately. I can't even believe juice or soda was not included! It is dangerous to not offer at least water for that long of a flight. Would never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again.

Desventajas: Being stuck on a plane on the tarmac for 2+ hours, before being moved to a corridor, and then a bus, and then boarding a new plane. No information about delay compensation or refunds being given. No provisions for providing food or drinks for the toddlers/babies/children that had been kept on the plane for a couple of hours.

Ventajas: The seat was comfortable.

Desventajas: We were delayed for nearly an hour.

Desventajas: My 81 year old father was asked at the final hour to measure his carry on luggage right before loading the bus on the tarmac to take us to the plane. They had already looked at it at check in. They pulled him out of line after he handed over his passport and then told him they were going to charge him for his carryon because it was too big. He place it in the measuring device and it fit so it was not too big. They ended up not charging him but the experience was very unpleasant.
