Desventajas: Vuelo con un retraso de 3 horas!

Ventajas: No it wasn't comfortable, a regular seat.

Desventajas: - The crew was in a playful attitude, seems like they were not working at all, took their jobs as a joke - no kind of entertainment at all

Ventajas: Pilot always communicated flight status.

Desventajas: Flight was delayed almost two hours

Desventajas: Ridiculous charging 25euro for a small backpack, by threatening to let you on is truly extortion

Desventajas: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Desventajas: Was good flight overall, clean, friendly staff,

Ventajas: We purchased the EasyJet Plus seats (an add on). Lets you board early to stow carry on bag and simply made it an easier trip. Much like mileage plus advantages. Staff were excellent, all of them, gate attendants, flight crew. Will fly EasyJet again.

Desventajas: Paying for coke and coffee. Silly business, we chose not too. I expect to pay for alcohol bevs, not for water, coke, tea, coffee, etc.

Ventajas: seats were spacious. Crew was courteous

Desventajas: Smelled badly of fuel

Desventajas: Baggage Claim in Barcelona. Waited 45 minutes before baggage arrived, that combined with flight being 30 minutes late made running to catch a connecting flight which was in a different terminal requiring a shuttle bus ride to get there.

Desventajas: Amplitud asientos

Desventajas: Poor attitude from ground service at the boarding gate

Ventajas: We were sent to Kiwi booking to complete the ticket booking. Flight was canceled due to strike but we weren’t informed this till at the airport. This is likely because airline only has Kiwi contact info and never reached to us. Kiwi also didn’t inform us. We were stuck at airport for 6 hours trying to contact airline. Phone can’t be reached. We talked ied WhatsApp Facebook tweeter. All takes like one hour to get response. In the end flights can’t be rescheduled we had to book new flights ourselves and find hotel to stay. They won’t cover for hotel either. The flights refund is now funded to Kiwi which we also need to find time to argue with Kiwi to get back. DOnt know how long that may take. The overall experience has been terrible

Desventajas: Transavia should have more capacity to hold customers requests. The representative from Transavia at airport provide absolutely no help. Just told us to WhatsApp Transavia. If that’s the approach then more people should be there responding WhatsApp comments not like no response within one hour. Kiwi is of no help as well. If flights get canceled agents should provide us updates as well. When we contacted kiwi in the airport Kiwi even denied flight cancel.

Ventajas: That I could finally land in Madrid, actually a quick flight!

Desventajas: The delay in the flight, a mess at the time of boarding the plane, just terrible!

Desventajas: Me cobraron 60 Euros por imprimir 3 Boarding Pass que tenía en mi teléfono pero no me los aceptaban, pagué la bodega de 4 valijas grandes pero además a último momento me cobraron 25 Euros por el Carry on y en la escalera del avión me obligaron a despacharla a bodega a pesar que tenía una computadora adentro. Muy mala predisposición, Muy monetaristas, NO VIAJO NUNCA MÄS POR RYANAIR

Desventajas: High bag fees. Employees not helpful in answering questions. We asked to please allow us to weigh bags and were denied until we checked in which means an excess of 10e per kilo if over their 15k or 20k. Very expensive to travel in Europe with baggage. Read the fine print before booking and good luck talking with anyone callingvtheir internatiknal number. Boarding disorganized and very uncoordinated. Plane very filthy and dirty.

Ventajas: Affordability

Desventajas: Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.

Ventajas: Ok time

Desventajas: Comfort

Ventajas: Crew excellent, really looked after a single mum who's very young son kicked off on take off. Very helpful, always friendly. Pilots kept us updated at regular intervals.

Desventajas: Disembarkation at Bristol Airport could have been a lot better. Had to wait on board for ground crew to arrive.

Ventajas: Ni siquiera llegué a mi vuelo por culpa del staff de la aerolínea y de la mala organización que llevan con los check-in y la sobreventa de vuelos.

Desventajas: Gente, nunca de los jamases viajen con Easy Jet.

Ventajas: Boarding was quick (bus to aircraft and stairs), the ticket was cheap, just your average Ryanair flight!

Desventajas: Salida en hora, el tema de las maletas a facturar por escasez de huecos, se forman filas para evitar q facturen tus maletas y para colmo se averió la pasarela q te acerca a la terminal en Madrid y mas de 20 minutos dentro del avión ya parado.

Ventajas: There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God.

Desventajas: Nothing.

Desventajas: If you could keep your handbag with you as well as hand luggage .

Desventajas: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Ventajas: No organisation at boarding. Allocated back seats.. Pokey

Ventajas: Quick boarding, friendly staff. We took off on time and arrived before scheduled time. Good value for money!

Desventajas: Would be good if seats could be leaned back a bit.

Desventajas: 2:30 hours delay inside the plane and finally they change our aircraft. The crew is not friendly with us.

Ventajas: Easy enough boarding... our flight coming into BCN was delayed due to weather, so we were cutting it very close for the connection. Vueling crew took care of our late check in etc.

Desventajas: DId not have the food. No wifi or entertainment

Desventajas: The planes were old. One of the flights was a rented plane, not even the airline. Both were delayed and almost caused us to miss our international flight back to the states. Will never fly Cezch airlines again.

Desventajas: Al regreso a Madrid, por suerte no hubo retrasos exagerados como en el trayecto Madrid-Copenhague pero supongo que por las condiciones logísticas de Ryanair, es necesario acceder al avión caminando, este no es el problema . Me pregunto: Cómo es posible que alguien no piense en que no pueden exponer a personas donde pueden estar incluidos niños, bebés, personas mayores a estar en la intemperie bajo una temperatura de - 2 grados centígrados esperando para entrar a un avión donde las personas tienen que acceder por una escalera y nadie de esta compañía sea capaz de organizar un acceso por grupos y que el resto de personas vayan quedando dentro del aeropuerto mientras otros ya han subido. Esta compañía está tan acostumbrada a trabajar mal que supongo que ninguna queja tendrá el mínimo efecto... llego a esta conclusión cuando después de 13 minutos en esta situación en la pista del aeropuerto, logramos entrar al avión y David, parte del crew del vuelo PR 606 me dice después de yo decirle que como no son capaces de organizar esta situación tan lógica respondiendo “ pues no vueles con nosotros .... “ Esto es Ryanair Espero que si momondo pregunta esta encuesta sirva para algo y no caiga en los mismos errores.

Ventajas: Roomy seats

Desventajas: Not delay for 2 hours!!!!!

Desventajas: Too many passengers taking oversized cases on flight. As a result delays whilst luggage was removed into the hold

Ventajas: Price. Efficiency

Desventajas: I got an email that the flight was canceled then another that it was on time. This caused confusion and distress

Ventajas: the length of the flight and check in was fast with the machine

Desventajas: the boarding was chaotic, the airport and airline staff were confused and disorganized, the flight was delayed, we had to walk on the tarmac which was completely open to the street (I could have just walked straight to the plane without going through the airport at all basically), the leg room inside the plane is so tight that my knees were almost touching the back of the seat in front of me and I am only 5 feet tall, a bottle of water was 6 British pounds which is a ridiculous price, the landing was less than stellar

Ventajas: Save you money and avoid this airline.

Ventajas: Great flight once I was in the air. Didn’t like the drama getting to my plane!

Desventajas: La ubicación del avión, estaba en la otra punta de la otra terminal del aeropuerto. La verdad es que tener que correr para llegar a tiempo del embarque y que luego te paseen en el autobús durante 20 minutos hasta llegar al avión no es precisamente agradable. ¿No podrían poner el avión más cerca de la terminal? y ya de paso, no podrían también poner la puerta más cerca (para llegar a la B46 desde la entrada del aeropuerto me llevó media hora).

Ventajas: Hay que estar parado 40 minutos en fila antes de abordar, no hay ninguna explicación ni atencion por el pasajero.

Ventajas: The flight was really fast!

Desventajas: We did not like your baggage restrictions for checked baggage as well as cabin baggage. We were traveling for 14 days and needed to have your limits match our international flight limits.

Ventajas: That we got home

Desventajas: It was 2 hours late which meant we missed our train and got home 4 hours late

Desventajas: Crew would be better if they smiled a bit. They seemed tired and sleepy.

Ventajas: Crew were amazing arrived early

Desventajas: In flight entertainment

Desventajas: 1 hour delay.

Ventajas: Cheap. Gets you from one stop to the next.

Desventajas: Took forever to check in. I know they were under strike at that time but then after waiting for so long and just making our flight, they sent my luggage to Seville Spain. It took 3 full days for me to get my luggage. I contacted via Facebook and email and basically just got the response of I have to wait until it arrives at the airport and the best advice they could give was to call the Seville airport. I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing.
