Ventajas: It was a very nice, standard flight. Nothing remarkable good or bad.

Desventajas: El embarque en Paris siempre es malo y desordenado. Pero esto no es culpa de la compañía, es de los aeropuertos de Paris, que son los que peor funcionan, con diferencia, de Europa.

Desventajas: This is the only international flight I have ever taken that did not serve food or drinks. We asked for water 4 times and was brought a small glass half full only once. We had to purchase food and drink separately. I can't even believe juice or soda was not included! It is dangerous to not offer at least water for that long of a flight. Would never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again.

Ventajas: Things went pretty smoothly, but nothing exceptional about it. Good to get to point A to point B.

Desventajas: It wasn't very clear via British Airways' booking process that I needed to go to the Vueling counter or the British Airways counter to drop off my luggage.

Desventajas: Baggage Claim in Barcelona. Waited 45 minutes before baggage arrived, that combined with flight being 30 minutes late made running to catch a connecting flight which was in a different terminal requiring a shuttle bus ride to get there.

Ventajas: Quick and convenient

Desventajas: Delays are always an issue

Ventajas: Gets the job done. Quick flight, well managed. Crew members were nice.

Desventajas: The plane looked worn. There's nothing else but a seat. Obviously no food or anything.

Desventajas: Transavia delayed 1:30h the flight.

Desventajas: Baggage claim was nearly one hour long

Desventajas: Smelled badly of fuel

Desventajas: Kayak sucks. I chose to buy ticket w kayak and took me to vayama (another horrible site). The ticket they sold me, which was not cheap, didn’t let me check in online and didn’t say that I was gonna have to pay 200 euros at airport to check in 2 bags!!!! A disaster everything.

Desventajas: No one in orly is here to communicate with passengers. Neither airline ground personnel nor airport staff

Ventajas: Cheap. Gets you from one stop to the next.

Desventajas: Took forever to check in. I know they were under strike at that time but then after waiting for so long and just making our flight, they sent my luggage to Seville Spain. It took 3 full days for me to get my luggage. I contacted via Facebook and email and basically just got the response of I have to wait until it arrives at the airport and the best advice they could give was to call the Seville airport. I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing.

Desventajas: We were not informed about how our luggage needed to be transferred to an entire building 15 min away.

Ventajas: Easy enough boarding... our flight coming into BCN was delayed due to weather, so we were cutting it very close for the connection. Vueling crew took care of our late check in etc.

Ventajas: One of the crew member was really rude, she made a mistake went off on me and didn’t even apologize, she act like nothing happened, I tried reaching out to the airline and they never got back to me

Desventajas: Vueling—couldn’t figure out how to have us pay extra money for overweight bags It took us almost an hour to get thru the line bc our bags were too heavy, then the agent couldn’t figure out how to charge us for the extra $, so after 15 min, they just let us go without paying Then, it too forever to get thru security THEN, our flight was delayed, but they still told us to go to the gate and board, even tho there was no crew yet And then, we had to go down 2 flights of steps to take a bus to the plane and then take a flight of steps up to the plane. Then, our seats were dirty with cups and garbage Then the captain said we needed to refuel. Said it would take 5 more minutes but it was more like 25
