Ventajas: The lie-flat seats were just great .

Desventajas: Storage space should be made available beside the seats , especially during take-off and landing. There is none right now , and that's in Business class.

Ventajas: Finnair is always perfect. Always on time, professional, clean and comfortable. They give free coffee, water and blueberry juice.

Desventajas: Had to rebook, flying first to Munich then to Newark. Arrived home 6 hours later than should have.

Ventajas: Plenty of snack and drink service

Desventajas: Rude service / inflight entertainment is terrible and also WiFi wasn’t working for half the flight / overhead bin space was lacking and only fit one bag per row. I can’t emphasize how terrible the service was on the flight there and back. they simply do not care.

Desventajas: Wifi and entertainment was on the fritz throughout the entire flight and, about half way through, just conked out completely.

Desventajas: With the coronavirus breakout it was better if they pass disinfectant wipes especially before meals

Ventajas: The crew on this flight were excellent professional and friendly. They were also very patient. The best part of the trip.

Desventajas: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people on other flights with Lufthansa complain bitterly about the food. It has gone down hill. People should not be dreaming of Virgin Atlantic food while on a flight with Lufthansa!

Ventajas: Very polite and helpful crew. Nice selection of movies in-flight

Desventajas: The least leg room in any flight I’ve taken. We had requested vegetarian and the flight from Frankfurt to Nairobi gave our meal to other passengers.they told us we had to eat the best dish or nothing. This on an 8 hour flight.

Desventajas: Our flight got delayed so American Airlines Auto switched us to a flight leaving a day later with a 17 hour layover. When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund.

Ventajas: at 6"2' the large amount of leg space on Finnair flights is amazing, even in economy class I did not feel cramped.

Desventajas: Food a bit bland and uninspired

Ventajas: Check in was simple and efficient, boarding was easy, leg space was sufficient, air hostess where polite and plane was clean prior to take off. Landing and take off both on time.

Desventajas: Two toilets for 100+ people meant long queues for the bathroom throughout the flights. The toilets were not even once cleaned in a flight of 4 Hours, meaning that by the final hour, they were a complete utter disaster in terms of hygiene. Pilot made a complete mess of descending and landing.

Desventajas: Service very cold and rare to find. For some reason finnair doesn’t announce boarding

Ventajas: Good entertainment options, a lot of good movies to choose. Flight was on time, we arrived before the scheduled time.

Desventajas: The crew seems to have some troubles between them and it was reflected in the service they offered to the passengers. Some of them were rude.

Ventajas: Nice crew, flight landed on time

Desventajas: Temperature was very hot and embarking procedure took a while to be completed

Desventajas: The flight was good, however I was not able to check in online due to British airways website issues. The entertainment touch screen is not working properly,needs some maintenance.

Ventajas: Seats were comfortable.

Desventajas: There was no food or drinks on an international flight - you had to pay for even a coffee or tea ...... not acceptable!

Ventajas: Love the Airbus, roomy.

Desventajas: Better entertainment movies, food are boring.

Ventajas: I’ve been very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the aircraft and the disregard of the aircraft overall. It was quite old, fair enough, but there where some missing pieces here and there that didn’t make me feel safe. The flight overall was good, British Airways crew are always very competent and professional, which is the reason why I mainly fly with BA. But this is the first time I had some concerns on the lack of safety checks especially because I travelled with my 2 years old son.

Desventajas: Please see answer above. The aircraft should have been maintained.

Desventajas: Boarding at Florence is always chaotic but this isn't within the control of KLM or their crew.

Desventajas: I spent more than 24 hours in the airport.

Desventajas: You cancelled my flight and booked me and my 2 toddlers at an off-site hotel. It was terrible carrying all our stuff for our 5 am check-in.

Desventajas: Passenger behind us allowed 2 children to misbehave for the entire flight. Parent rammed our seats many times. Upon leaving they physically assaulted my daughter.

Desventajas: Wifi didn’t work entire flight even though I had paid for it ahead of time

Desventajas: The passenger sitting next to me smelled REALLY bad. Like he hadn't washed himself in weeks. Other passengers around me got a whiff too and also reacted the same. I asked the main crew member from my aisle for a seat change but he came back 10 mins later saying there was nothing else available. Later when I was walking around to stretch my legs, I saw there were AT LEAST 10 seats open in the next cabin. Why lie? The entertainment system touch-screen was not working properly and the headphones kept falling out of my ear.

Desventajas: Allow field research of all terminals to best decide for the next flight to book. If I were 3 seconds off and not running on my last leg to Naga, I would have been stuck in Manila for the entire duration of my trip.

Desventajas: El tamaño de la cabina es muy escaso. Para gente alta o voluminosa es un reto.
