la comida no sabia bien. El procesos de check un es un desastre lo mismo que el abordaje y la recogida de la maleta casi nos deja el ultimo bus del aeropuerto por su ineptitud para descargar la maleta. y para acabar de ajustar las maletas estaban mojadas por que las dejaron mucho tiempo bajo la lluvia

As I value constructive feedback, the below outlines major concerns I experienced during this journey: 1- The checkin process was so unorganized! 2- Pilot not providing enough information (about delays, expected time of arrival...) 3- Surprisingly.. arriving to Beirut with no luggage. Would have appreciated an early notice about this and not getting to Lebanon and receive this news - especially that the cause was "You were too many on the plane and your luggage couldn't be all sent together" - I believe that when trust is put in an airline over a journey like this, the least I can expect is arriving to my destination safe, secure, having my luggage with me. More precisely, on such an expensive flight, booked because it was direct, and the risk of having such an issue was theoretically 0%. 4- Receiving the luggage after more than 50 hours of our arrival!

Seats are cramped up against each other. but hey - this was airbus 319...
Direct flights from Germany. Friendly crew. OK meal. Smooth landing
Expensive flight. Seats are cramped up against each other with no adequate legroom, pushing the knees against the front seat. Forced to check in my carry on since it exceeded 6 kilos (that's very little for an international flight)

Flight 40 mins late
El personal muy atento, amable, educado. El avión estaba limpio y fue bastante bien el embarque y la salida, con las típicas colas.
Los asientos son demasiado estrechos. Las piernas no caben bien. El aire acondicionado no lo pusieron hasta 20 minutos después de embarcar, y hacía bastante calor.
Los vuelos son muy económicos
La poca puntualidad la maleta la espere más de una hora y el despegue fue muy tardado
Pagamos dos extras para subir con prioridad y no hubo ningún trato preferente. Subimos con el avión lleno de gente. Los asientos no se reclinan. Todo el tiempo de vuelo intentando vender cosas. No lo recomiendo.
Flight didn’t leave until about 11 as boardinf didn’t start until after 10 so we arrived in Manchester at midnight.

I booked my flight on the 5th of July, an email was sent to me stating that the boarding pass will be sent within 4 hours, it wasn't sent to me. I tried checking in on the website, it gave me an error message that online checkin ended on the 4th of July. when i went to the airport, they asked me to pay a checkin fee, and when I told the staff member about my issue she said she needed proof, I couldn't pull mu email out at that moment to show her and the flight was almost there. so i paid €55. I would appreciate a refund
The legroom on the plane was good. The canin crew very friendly and service good. Flight was generally very comfortable.
The flight was delayed for over an hour which was difficult as we I’d a connecting flight to catch.

Delayed twice, no explanation. Full flight then had to board through one door, with no separation of seat numbers. Truly amateur. Euro Wings food choices certainly didn't appeal.
There was a change of name and the wrong name was changed. I very nearly didn’t get on the flight and had to pay extra fees to fly. I wasn’t aware I was booking with last minute.com, whom I have had issues with before. Worried about the return flights already.

Delayed. Smelly. Overall love flying but the takeoff and landing were terrible! Service wasn’t great either- crew had major attitude problems.
I enjoyed the attention to detail and comfort. Helped to make the flight easier to handle.
We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too.
He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner...
Food and one bathroom out of service makes an awful flight

los asientos aunque saques pasajes al mismo tiempo te los ponen en diferentes filas así tenes que pagar por viajar con tu compañero

I got assigned to the seat I requested
I arrived early per their suggestion and was one of the first few people in line for baggage check in. I was told boarding passes were not free, they charge a fee but she would not do it right there. She sent me off to another window to pay, then I had to come back to this window to get my boarding pass, which had a huge line by that time. It cost me an extra 68.20€ and another 31€ for a checked bag. Definitely NOT the low cost airline they claim to be! The flight may be reasonable but they get you with ridiculous fees. I will never take Ryan Air again- they are crooks! Once they’ve sold you a ticket you are stuck having to pay the fees. It’s cagey business practices.
