Desventajas: Leg space. There was very little leg space. One hour before the flight departure they were already announcing 'last call' on the airport screens.

Ventajas: Good entertainment on board and the crew was fairly attentive, but not as attentive as on other airlines.

Desventajas: Food was not great, but at least it was edible. Thought the crew could have also asked about refills more often.

Ventajas: The crew was very professional and we the customers were very happy to have this team

Desventajas: Food. I didnt eat anything else on this trip with the exception of LATAMs provided meal and by landing I was in the ER with a food borne disease. Fluids coming out both ends hooked up to an IV to rehydrate my body while they ran tests which confirmed the food... Everything else was great just don't eat the food.

Desventajas: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Ventajas: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Desventajas: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Ventajas: KLM are our airline of choice. A great full-service carrier with impecable standards.

Ventajas: Good entertainment options, a lot of good movies to choose. Flight was on time, we arrived before the scheduled time.

Desventajas: The crew seems to have some troubles between them and it was reflected in the service they offered to the passengers. Some of them were rude.

Desventajas: The gates were announce at the time of boarding. No enough time to get the gate

Desventajas: I may be wrong but these days, the staff curtsy and overall well coming approach is lacking! Just a smile and a few cheerful words can transform passengers’ mood greatly!! This becomes particularly important when one is traveling for > 9 hours back to back flights!! One can extra charge for it!!

Ventajas: The crew was OK, but nothing special.

Desventajas: Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :(

Ventajas: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.

Desventajas: Bien

Desventajas: Ticket/luggage issues not handled very well. Long wait lines. No notification of plane delay on monitors.

Ventajas: The crew was very attentive, as was to be expected for Business Class service.

Desventajas: Out of a total of only seven (7) Business Class passengers on the flight from Venice to Madrid, for some reason they only had five (5) meals available, so we were offered a selection from the standard economy class snack list, which was substandard and very disappointing considering we paid for Business Class and therefore expected a Business Class meal and not just a snack! Very poorly planned and completely unacceptable!

Desventajas: The plane was old and had no entertainment, there was a technical problem with the plane that made us late

Ventajas: Aeromexico reopened the flight for us after we arrived late from another flight. This was hugely appreciated especially since we were traveling with three small children. We will now only fly Aeromexico Instead of Interjet or volaris

Desventajas: Honestly, almost everything was good. At the meal time, the flight attendants spilled a lot tomato sauce on my white sweater. Of course it was very uncomfortable, they apologized and try to clean the mess and my sweater, but obviously they couldn’t make it. It was very embarrassing for me. I had to take off my sweater and wear only my winter coat. I suggest they should be more careful.

Desventajas: Not canceled the flight for no reason. You need better entertainment.

Desventajas: No food or water was offered. Had to stop for water . Barely any selection of movies

Ventajas: This was a cut-price flight. Considering what we paid, the flight was amazing value for money. The plane was new. There was plenty of overhead space. The seat pitch was adequate. We took our own food. We slept for most of the flight. We arrived on time. If Norwegian can continue to keep the price low, I'll happily choose to fly with them again.

Desventajas: A free soft drink and nibbles would have been nice, though hardly necessary.

Ventajas: The crew was excellent! Great service.

Ventajas: Boarding was poor. Stood on bus for almost 30 minutes followed by long bus ride to plane. No apology. Crew service average at best.

Ventajas: The crew was awesome! The steward was engaging and made us all laugh and feel comfortable for a short flight when he didn’t have to. He had a great sense of humor and gave the kids cookies and wings. Something I haven’t seen in many years. He and the pilots were great!

Desventajas: Starting by the fact that if the system was actually working we could’ve done check in in the machine, and cut the 2 and half hours of line for check in and luggage drop off. The check in crew was not efficient at all, they would take 10 to 20 min to every costumer, no organization and poor trainin.

Ventajas: Seats very comfortable with plenty of room. Crew very friendly and helpful.

Desventajas: The little crackers they serve taste like cardboard.

Desventajas: There was no sign or indication at the gate the we were at the right place. The screens in the terminal also didn't say anything about it.

Ventajas: The flight was half empty, so I have a lot of space for myself. They gave us snacks while waiting during the delay.

Desventajas: The flight was delayed and no one said anything when I checked in/dropped my bags, even though they seem to have known in advance

Ventajas: Flight attendants were excellent, food service very good. If the service is so good in economy, I can't imagine how nice it would be to fly in business class. I would fly Qatar Airlines all the time if the price is right.

Desventajas: Economy row seats don't give you enough space for your legs between rows, but this is a systemic problem among airlines. You have to live with it or move up to business class.

Ventajas: My flight attendant, Grace, was delightful. There were several challenging passengers around me and I observed her handle them with the grace of someone who embodied their name—Grace.

Desventajas: No wifi on board. The plane was one of the older ones, but still perfectly nice.

Desventajas: Cancelaron el vuelo por un tema de huelga, teniendo que gastar en comprar boletos pues tenía otro vuelo de conexión a Orlando en Paris con otra aerolínea. Ya he iniciado el proceso se reembolso espero que sea rápido y eficiente. Les mantendré al tanto.
