The Case Restaurant With Rooms

Lovely spacious room, clean and tidy. Restaurant was lovely warm and cosy. We were made to feel so welcome.

We are three sisters who had 3 rooms, we stayed 2 nights, first time in Suffolk. We chose the location to have a relative join us at The Case for a luncheon catch up. We enjoyed a friendly welcome from Barry who escorted us to our rooms, which exceeded our expectations for the room rate. In the rooms was a lovely basket of goodies, on an honesty box basis. Also lovely gratis home made cookies on a daily basis. We were greeted by the lovely, warm hearted host Linda, for our evening meal. Linda was very attentive and made us feel at home straight away. Lunch with our relative was perfect, plus we then moved to the very comfortable conservatory/deli area where it was like home from home, we sat and chatted for hours, with Linda checking if we had everything we wanted. The food and service experience for our whole stay was exceptional (especially the freshly squeezed orange juice, a rare treat). Well done Linda and Barry, am amazing couple, we really enjoyed our stay with you and will definitely revisit you again. Barry's cooking and home made bread and cakes were all of a five star standard and delivered with a smile. We did not want to leave, The Case is an absolute gem, hats off to Linda and Barry. xx

The host Linda and staff were lovely, the atmosphere was perfect and relaxing, the food was truly wonderful. What a great place to stay.

Everything! .great dinner and breakfast, spacious room, the jacuzzi, Linda, the owner is lovely.
