Ventajas: Boarding was efficient as was disembarking, crew were good

Ventajas: never ever use this Momondo again

Desventajas: no customer service

Ventajas: the leg room was fine

Desventajas: the getting to the airplane and from the airplane after landing can be better by using more busses

Desventajas: Punctuality

Desventajas: check in was a nightmare it took over an hour of being pushed without anyone controlling the queue

Desventajas: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Ventajas: Slight attendant were nice

Desventajas: They would not le me to take a personal hand bag. They would count it as luggage. It’s supposed to be a carryon and a purse or hand bag/backpack and they wanted to charge me €60 for it. They gave me a really hard time and they allowed others to have both items but they would not allow me because he felt that my bag would not fit inside my carryon. Very disappointed and flight was very late.

Ventajas: Flight crew was great. Enough leg room

Desventajas: Seats that recline

Ventajas: Excellent value.

Desventajas: Random seating allocation is a farce.

Ventajas: The check in was super easy, they attendent was lovely and the flight itself was alright. However, there was a toddler screaming for 30 mins and not member of the crew adressed the issue and talked to the mother ot tried to calm down the kid.

Desventajas: They called us to queue up way before they started boarding. We stood there in a long line for almost 40 mins. They could've called right before they actually wanted us to start going in the plane.

Desventajas: More comfortable seats

Ventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: I waited 5 hrs to be embarked fucking pricks

Ventajas: It was ahead of schedule

Ventajas: I didn’t die in a fiery crash.

Desventajas: Everything

Ventajas: Politeness of the staff
