There was only one small elevator for which one had to wait a long time from time to time.
Location was spot on ....
bed is tooooooooo small cannot sleep for two people.
Great location, very attentive restaurant staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed.
Check-in/check-out time. Tiny bathroom.
Close to Gare Nord and on the T 7 Line.
The best thing about the hotel is the staff, and the location. It's very near Galaries Lafayette. Furthermore there are two grocerystores nearby, and two tobac stores nearby. The staff is there always and they're very friendly.
There's two minor issues. The first issue is the lack of a big mirror in the room, so you can't see your outfit. The other issue is the elevator is very slow, you can easily wait a long time for the elevator to come. Again this is very minor issues.
From my experience with USA hotels I would have rated this a 3 star as opposed to a 4 star because of amenities, speed of service and room size
Nice spacious hotel for Paris standards. Newly renovated and stylish. Area was great. Staff was nice.
The hotel was only a couple blocks from the Metro. The Metro station by hotel did not have an elevator which was inconvenient with luggage. This applies to many hotels.
The hotel was modern inside, very clean, and smartly decorated. The view from the room was really nice. Hotel was close to a metro stop from which it was convenient to get all around town. Staff was friendly and helpful
Hotel was a fairly long walk from the key sights, but metro was super close. We didn't do breakfast, as it was expensive.
For the star level, it´s really up there. You get a little more than you expect :)
The staff was really nice with us and even helped us with a lot of tips to Venice. Also the breakfast it´s really good.
Bath room has no bath tub. Curtains don´t cut all the light from the outside.
The willingness to accommodate their patrons.
The size of the room was a little smaller than expected.
