El lugar es de una belleza inimaginable. ¡los niveles de servicio no pueden ser superados!

Mi único comentario... Y este es el 100% de mis gustos personales (de ninguna manera refleja el hotel por culpa). Pero este hotel está muy lejos de todo... Así que cuando estás allí... Estás allí. Personalmente me encanta salir y probar el sabor local... Y estoy menos interesado en la comida del hotel, que 9 veces de cada 10 es un poco sosa. ¡pero quiero enfatizar que esto es sólo mi gusto personal!

I found the staff were genuinely interested in the guests and tried very hard to ensure a pleasant experience at all times. I would like to make specific reference to one of the concierges, Roshan. His input and patience meant that 2 days of our holiday, which could have been a disaster, were saved. The concierge staff in general were outstanding! Our Spa experience was sublime and worth every penny.

The toilets in the general area near the breakfast restaurant were always dirty, Our meal at the Japanese restaurant was dreadful, my daughter ordered Chicken which was basically all fatty skin and no meat! This restaurant should be closed down, it was truly appalling. The hotel in general updating. We were there for a week and during that time there was never any evening music or entertainment except 3 dreadful Karaoki singers who even the staff struggled to cope with night after night. Given the isolated location of the hotel, some evening cultural talks or Malaysian music would have been greatly appreciated.
