Ventajas: All the place was wonderful, the room and all the hotel. The service was excellent.

Ventajas: The hotel was well appointed and bedroom/bathroom excellent. The swimming pool was wonderful - very large and heated. Staff all gave good service although it runs to Bahamian time - i.e. takes time to have breakfast - can't be rushed!

Desventajas: The hotel is relatively near the airport so you do get planes - although many of these are small private planes and they weren't intrusive. There are lots of stairs in the hotel including access to the bedrooms and the main building, so no good if you are disabled or find steps difficult.

Ventajas: Loves the bed, the deck and meals were great. All staff excellent. Pool was excellent and booked for a pedicure and manicure

Desventajas: Difficult to walk places. Couldn’t get to old fort bay beach, unless by taxi. Would like to be able to purchase reasonably priced wine that we could enjoy on our deck.

Desventajas: No fridge or hot drinks in the room

Ventajas: It is very peaceful and and beautiful place. Really loved the room, the lobby, the pool...even music was so relaxing. Just very luxury resort. Thai restaurant is amazing and not expensive. In fact everything was very nicely prised -) except the room, it is a pricy hotel. We had a lovely view of the ocean and the Marine with some epic yachts. Amazing place for couples. Would love to get back one day-)

Desventajas: Nothing. I wish we could stay longer.

Ventajas: Hotel Boutique precioso, decoración impresionante! Piscina e instalaciones muy bonitas, hecho todo con mucho gusto! Restaurantes de la piscina y mahorgani house estupendos! Hotel ideal para parejas y total tranquilidad. Recomiendo ir en verano asegurándote buen tiempo y sobretodo buena mar para poder también disfrutar de las playas de la isla... Hotel cercano al aeropuerto 15 min.

Desventajas: Location, muy lejos del centro ciudad. (Necesitas taxis para todo o coche de alquiler) Nosotros fuimos en marzo y la mar estaba muy picada no pudimos disfrutar de las playas, creemos que es mejor ir en verano.

Desventajas: Comida

Desventajas: Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y el sistema de iluminación de la habitación es horrible.

Desventajas: Los precios de la comida. No hay alternativa más barata. No hay nada disponible después de las 12 pm excepto por el servicio de habitaciones

Ventajas: The hotel was amazing, the staff was wonderful. The scenery was beautiful

Desventajas: We had a water pipe burst the first night. We had to relocate. There was a wrong charge on our room. Although all was corrected it was an inconvenience .

Ventajas: Cleanliness and beauty

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: AMAZING staff (all locals), very helpful and kind Very large rooms A lot of different pools, restaurants and cool bars on site

Desventajas: Very large complex with east and west tower, takes time to get from one place to another

Ventajas: Food options are outstanding.

Desventajas: Could have a few more indoor options besides casino on rainy/bad weather days. Many guests throw towels to save chaise lounges by pool and then leave to do other things (even though the signs say not to) so most lounge chairs by pool are gone early. Plenty of chairs on the beach.

Ventajas: Staff friendly. Lots of options for things to do. Room very clean and perfect set up for our family. We would love to come back.

Desventajas: Smoking in casino. Not enough beach chairs. Didn’t know you had to have reservations in restaurants so didn’t have any place to eat for the 1st night.

Ventajas: The hotel has a private island for its guests where guests could have access to the beach and activities (with costs).

Desventajas: Service was very slow. There were plenty of staff at the hotel and its restaurants but it seemed that no one understood the idea of efficiency. It took them 15 mins to give us the check at one of its restaurants. Also, the check in procedures did not make sense. Guests, if arrived early, could queue and do pre-check in. However, they would have to queue again to get their room keys at around 4pm which was the peak hour for everyone to check in. Lastly, every expense at this property comes with VAT and other service charge which normally accounted for 20% of the whole bill. The amount could be quite ridiculous for what you have got if you still need to give them tips. Overall it felt like they are ripping off the guests.

Ventajas: Instalaciones muy completas (playa con posibilidad de deportes náuticos, 7 piscinas, varios restaurantes, casino, tiendas...)

Desventajas: Precio excesivamente alto para no ser un “todo incluido”. Precio del desayuno desorbitado-aunque la oferta era muy buena en cantidad y variedad.

Ventajas: Convenient, clean, well staffed....

Desventajas: Cost of food, literally anything you eat or drink was crazy

Ventajas: Manny and the other pool staff at the SLS pool were lovely. They did their best to make up for the lack of service everywhere else in the complex.

Desventajas: Overall the Baha Mar is overpriced and fake. We contacted the hotel 2 times over email to book an airport transfer - no response. Our booking stated free airport transfers. This was confirmed by the Inroom iPad, but supposedly this service is no longer available. We called the SLS the day of arrival and were told to go to the transfer desk at the airport. When we got there we were told we needed to just get a cab. It is our honeymoon and thought there would be a card or a congratulatory gesture. Nothing! When we complained about the pick up the lady at reception brushed it off and changed the subject. During our stay there was not one gesture made to congratulate us on our wedding or celebrate our honeymoon. Not a note, a flower, a comp drink - nothing. I have never felt less special in my life. The vibe at their hotel was off. Trust fund brats and pushy Americans. Service was slow, uninterested and acted like they knew they were going to get a tip so why try. Multiple times we requested milk or condiments or sides during meals and were ignored. Service was also incredibly slow. The room was made up differently every day. One day no hand towels, the next no coffee or milk, the next no soaps. One day our room wasn’t cleaned at all and when we came back from dinner it hadn’t been turned down. Pretty slack considering you pay $60+ US a day for service on top of your room rate. The room had no robe and only one set of slippers - odd when the room was booked for 2. The cleanliness of the rooms and the overall resort was rough. There was hair and dust in our room that was there for the whole 5 nights. Most pool bathrooms, at the multiple SLS and Hyatt pools, were not working - wouldn’t flush or were simply out of order. The whole main lobby level with restaurants and bars stunk like cigar and cigarette smoke due to the casino. This hotel turned out to be an over priced Vegas Lalaland. If you want service you will have to be pushy and loud. Would never stay again.

Ventajas: This is a beautiful property with many different spaces and pools for your different needs (relaxing, family fun, adult party, etc). Very large resort with very large prices - be prepared to drop $45 every time you order 2 drinks from the bar - there are service fees and taxes added to everything you do. Well maintained and very friendly staff.

Desventajas: All good except the folio of charges and resort fees added to everything $$$.

Ventajas: Everything is brand new. There are 3 hotels on the property, so you have a choice of your experience: singles only, family friendly, or quiet luxury. Pools are great but the beach is just steps away as well. Lots of choices for food and it was great. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Desventajas: Can be costly if you're not used to metro area prices. However, there are enough affordable choices as well.

Ventajas: I travelled to Nassau for an important appointment. This is a beautiful property and truly a boutique hotel?

Desventajas: Issues with the main entrance exit.

Desventajas: Check-in could have been a little smoother, there was a bit of confusion getting in the gate and where to go. Also the guests above me sounded like they were jumping up and down sometimes, it wasn't often but when it did happen it was enough to wake me up.

Ventajas: Awesome furniture, pool was nice and clean. Would recommend to anyone. Was for a good deal.

Desventajas: I checked out and a few hours later noticed I forgot my toiletry bag at the hotel. Contact them and they said nothing was reported at lost and found. They asked me to call on the next day and same thing and even doubting that I forgot it in the room. Terrible customer service. I had prescription medicine in the bag as well as personal items that I needed and the hotel said it was not their problem. Room 4810. Will never stay at this hotel ever again!!!!

Ventajas: Always a pleasure to stay st the property. The staff is amazing

Ventajas: The activities in the resort and the other resorts are good, there’s slides and beaches and things for kids to do, pool all day.. The staff was very friendly, secured resort, security was very friendly as well. The security Mr STERLING I think his name was, was very nice.!!! We had a ocean view suite for our honeymoon beautiful view in the morning!!

Desventajas: VERY EXPENSIVE ,TOO EXPENSIVE, RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE ! We got overcharged for our 5 days stay I will definitely be contacting the hotel during the week to get my refund where they overcharged me. The food wasn’t that great Tax on EVERYTHING it’s ridiculous. And snakes in the grass beware !!!

Ventajas: The beach and pool are great!

Desventajas: The staff was rude, room was 87 deg and made 2 requests for repairs but not repaired until the next day, shower had not been cleaned. We informed Miguel the manager but he simply left a msg in our room had offered to compensate us but did not follow thru.

Ventajas: I loved the hotel room but the hotel itself had ridiculous rules and even more ridiculous prices. I paid $45 for 3 small ice creams and then we were reprimanded and told we could not sit by the pool with outside food. We also had to pay $350 for a couch.

Desventajas: There were a lot of things I did not like. The prices and taxes were unreasonable and We paid ridiculous prices. They did not even include water in our room, we were overcharged for everything. We could not bring outside food or drinks to the pool.

Ventajas: Estábamos buscando un hotel pequeño con un bar y un restaurante en el lugar, en una playa con no mucha gente. Un lugar en el que nos podíamos relajar unos días. El punto de brújula se entrega en todo esto y mejor. La comida era mejor de lo esperado y hay un par de restaurantes al otro lado de la calle. Las playas estaban casi vacías todos los días que estuvimos allí. El personal era muy amable y servicial. La habitación que teníamos (vistas al mar) tenía aire acondicionado y era cómoda. Nos lo pasamos de maravilla.

Desventajas: No hay contras

Ventajas: i liked that it was away from the downtown area. i wanted and needed some quiet and relaxation. i also know a little about the history of the resort and had wanted to stay here for a while.

Ventajas: Nice beach close by. Friendly staff and food is pretty good.

Desventajas: Place is a bit scruffy and not very luxurious considering the very high prices once you include all the extra fees and taxes added to the basic room rate: reckon on 300 to 500 dollars per night. The custom on the Bahamas is to give prices on menus or for rooms without the 12% VAT and 15% gratuities which are automatically added. This hotel also adds a "resort fee", so the initial room rate soon gets heavily inflated.

Ventajas: Loved the staff and the low key vibe.

Desventajas: access to the beach, steps were a bit tough to manage

Ventajas: Sitting on the raised deck and watching both the sunrise and sunset. Good strong sea swimming and super-friendly restaurant staff, make sure you check out the catch of the day for a brilliant dinner.

Ventajas: Perfect spot if you’re looking for a place right on the beach. however

Desventajas: The rooms were very old and outdated. We stayed at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar for 3 days before here for around the same price and would definitely just stay there next time.

Ventajas: The oceanfront location is beautiful. There is beach access to a very quiet private residential beach. Raised room designs are very cool and pretty. Views from some rooms is amazing.

Desventajas: Restaurant was absolutely awful. Minimum of 60 minute wait for anything, even as simple as a scrambled egg. We waited almost two hours for food our first night. Thought it was a fluke, so we tried them again....nope....Prices are outrageous for restaurant and hotel. Tons of fees and included gratuities. It is incredibly loud overnight from partiers at the bar. our first room was rather disgusting, the second room was lovely (though on the verge of needing major repairs, including the leaking ceiling). Jacuzzi is cracked and doesn't stay more than half full, so you have to sit on the floor to be covered in water. Pool was closed for a wedding, but too cold to use anyway. This place has incredible potential, but it was not good.

Ventajas: The property was quiet, perfectly located, and perfect for a vacation. The food takes a very long time though. This should be improved.

Desventajas: Preparation time of food was very long (1-2hrs)

Ventajas: Absolutely everything was perfect from beginning to the end ! The room is huge and comfortable with a king size bed. We only paid an extra $20/ night to get upgraded to a sea front hut. The view from the room is stunning, the swimming pool and the dock are really enjoyable. Restaurant and bar are really nice you can test local food and cocktails ! A special thanks to Karen who made our stay unbelievable!

Desventajas: It is not a negative point but the hotel is not located in Nassau, it takes 20-25 min by bus to get to the capital, and very easy to use !

Ventajas: Las Vistas fueron lo maximo. Justo afuera tomas el bus para ir a la ciudad, es lejos pero eficiente, el personal maravilloso, especialmente la señorita que trabaja de 8 a 4 pm nos resolvio el asunto del tour que nos dejo y gracias a ella no lo perdimos...un millon de gracias...las cabañas son muy comodas y preciosas...pasamos la noche de año nuevo y la fiesta estuvo genial, desde el muelle disfrutamos lo fuegos artificiales que estaban de fondo, realmente hermoso.

Desventajas: Nos desagrado que no sirva la caja fuerte, algo en contra ya que el hotel deberia tener para reponer si alguna falla, es muy necesaria, pero todo salio bien.

Ventajas: La vista que tiene con el muelle es incomparable. Tiene acceso a una playa hermosa y es súper recomedable.

Ventajas: La habitacion esta muy bien acomodada, nos gusto. La vista tambien frente al mar. Eso estuvo muy bien. La comida recomendada. El area del Hotel muy agradable.

Desventajas: Importante: hacer notar que esperabamos un Hotel Silencioso, tranquilo y Romantico; pero tuvimos 4 noches de Musica en Vivo fuerte; la cual se escuchaba en casi todos los Boungalows, asi como todas las noches Restaurante con fiestas privadas etc y con bastante ruido. Lo cual no fue relajante ni tranquilo para nosotros por las noches. Recomendacion. Deben hacer algo para bloquear el sonido del Restaurante y salon hacia los Boungalows. Ya que se pierde el Encanto del lindo hotel.

Ventajas: This was an exceptional hotel, with an incredible history oozing out of its pores. It is an expensive hotel, but the experience was worth it. The staff were amazing and the piano player on the night we stayed was outstanding. The swimming pool was the most luxurious and beautiful we've ever seen.

Desventajas: The dinner was somewhat underwhelming, not bad, just not in sync with the price paid, but the ambiance made up for this. I would like to have been wowed for the price, and we were not.

Ventajas: Swimming pool is really amazing

Desventajas: Tatty and uncared for. Nothing worked!

Ventajas: We loved the salon and its unique atmosphere, the jazz singer at night, the personal attitude and attention of the manager/Owner. It felt like family! We loved the garden and the pool and the food was excellent. We understand that the hotel tries to give a lot of attention to the culture of the island with the cigar factory, the chocolate factory - both excellent products!

Desventajas: Service was slow and the air conditioning very loud. As service was slow all over the Bahamas, we accepted initially, but were surprised when visiting Luciano's - Nassau's second best restaurant (after Graycliff's!!), where everything was sharp and quick (and very good too). The lighting should be improved to make the dining and bedrooms look brighter and more welcoming. A little paint makeover in the dining rooms could go miles.

Ventajas: The service was extraordinary with the impression given that almost no request was impossible. The decor and history was amazing. The winelist was impressive, and the cognateque even more so. The lounge was incredibly cozy and had great ambience. The cocktails were excellent, service extremely snappy, with 2-3 waiters for just 10-15 people, and the musician provided excellent piano and song. The pool area and gardens were beatiful and lush, with many little spots for chatting or enjoying a cocktail. The location was in the old part of Nassau, which is great if you value historic buildings and cities.

Desventajas: The facilites were less luxurious than a modern hotel, owing to the age. However, the gardens and pool area were beautiful. The place seemed slightly abandoned as there were only few staying guests. (Many came and took advantage of lounge and restaurant, though). While breakfast was included, we were still billed for tax, so we ended up paying $10/day for the continental breakfast for two people. It seems a bit misleading. The continental was also "true" continental - some toast, croisant, jam, coffee/tea and juice. Nothing else.

Desventajas: - No puede hospedar a más clientes. - Has de llevar pulsera de plástico las 24/7 - el personal antipático - caro, para la calidad de hotel - El aire acondicionado en la habitación no funcionaba bien.

Ventajas: Algún personal muy cordial y educado.

Desventajas: La limpieza de las habitaciones. No hubo teléfono durante la estancia. Fumadores en una planta de no fumadores. No hay servicio de transporte hasta y desde el hotel al aeropuerto. Nada complacientes en recepción.

Ventajas: Personnel was very friendly. Verandah buffet food was relatively good.

Desventajas: Facilities were outdated. The main room where they had the live band for NYE was dark and dingy - why not have the band outside? Reception was quite small and dark. The Verandah looked like a cafeteria. The outside bar played music which was glaringly loud it was uncomfortable to sit there. The alcohol was cheap and always served in plastic. Everything is in plastic! If advertised as a 3*, this would be great. As a 4*, this is awful.

Ventajas: The friendliness and courtesy of the staff was superb! I would especially love to recognize Latisha at receptionist. She went above and beyond the call of duty she was very friendly accommodating and nothing makes me feel more welcomed like being greeted with a beautiful smile as soon as I approached the receptionist desk, and that was what she did. Service with a beautiful smile!!!! Jerone was also very welcoming, helpful and greeted me at the door as soon as i entered to assist me with my luggage etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The food was great, the games and entertainment was really nice! My spouse and I had an unforgettable weekend!!!!

Desventajas: There was not one thing that I disliked!

Ventajas: Good location, clean, staff were friendly, fun to watch boats go by, Junkanoo Beat room for little activities like name that tune, poker, and playing board games or cards and listen to music.

Desventajas: The food. It was awful. There is a little place by the pool that just watching them make people’s food made us realize the food was not at proper temperature and we could get food poisoning. The place called Things on a Stick, nothing was on a stick and it was the worst Asian food we have had. The Buffett building was ok. Better then the rest of the places on site. Breakfast was the best meal of the day and average at best. Drinks: like liquor was bad. I actually got all my drinks with none cause it tasted so cheap and the beer was not consistent, it was dark one day and pale the next. Not great.

Ventajas: Overall great hotel, modern, spacious rooms, close to the water and the Atlantis Resort with free shuttle at certain times, nice outdoor pool/small beach area. The food and drinks were better than expected for a 'all-inclusive' hotel.

Desventajas: Some of the many restaurants are only open on certain weekdays which is a completely fair system with that many options. However, as there is limited seating you need to reserve a timeslot. We tried twice to make a reservation, where one of these was more than 24 hours ahead of time and we ended up not getting a spot. This is unacceptable in our opinion as it seemed to us that you need to book several days ahead - that does not make sense in a hotel resort.

Ventajas: Estuvimos hospedados en el hotel con mi mujer buscando unos días de relax, la verdad no nos arrepentimos de alojarnos allí!! La propiedad está muy buena. Excelente limpieza y atención de todo el personal del hotel en todos los sectores del mismo. Excelentes las habitaciones. Una mención especial para Cristhopane, su atención para con nosotros inmejorable. Y nuestro agradecimiento a todo el personal, porque más haya de que ninguno hablaba español, hacían lo posible por entenderte y que la estadía sea más placentera. Sin duda Volveríamos!!!!

Desventajas: Que no tenga playa propia.

Ventajas: Todo increíblemente espectacular! Muy conformes con todo, obviamente volveremos!!!

Ventajas: Hotel pequeño, confortable. Las comida variada y de buena calidad. Tiene una playa muy pequeña, cercada por un muelle. Tiene traslado a otra playa desde el hotel. Con sombrillas y sillas, también proveen bebidas y snacks. La pileta de natación es amplia e impecable de limpia.

Desventajas: No funcionaban todos los restaurantes ni estaban abiertos hasta el horario que dice la página web. El 29/10 había un solo restaurante para cenar, nos hicieron pedir reserva ...y tardaron una hora y media para darnos una mesa. Conclusión: no había ensaladas ( ni repusieron) y de postre solamente una mínima porción de torta de queso con 1/4 de frutilla. En el bar de la pileta jamás logramos un pedido en tiempo y forma ( confundían lo solicitado y tardaban muchísimo). El personal habla sólo inglés y cuando le pediamos que hablaran un poco mas lento , se fastidiaban. Son en general poco eficientes y cordiales. No es un verdadero all inclusive. Me sentí defraudada, dado que no me ofrecieron el servicio que promocionan.

Ventajas: En general, el arrecife es mejor que las Royal Towers y por lo que me han dicho, ofrece más comodidades que la cala. Mientras no sea prohibitivamente más caro que el Royal Towers, merece la pena.

Ventajas: We had a suite, which was cleaned by housekeeping daily (including the kitchen) - met completely our expectations. As we knew that it would be very expensive regarding the meals, we took several snacks etc with us in a suitcase as suggested by other travellers. There was a little grocery shop nearby Marina Village which sold water and drinks at a normal price. We had room service which was also very good.

Ventajas: Love the design of Atlantis and interaction with animals.

Desventajas: The price is a little bit expensive with many taxes, but it’s reasonable.

Desventajas: Charge for EVERY little thing. Too crowded. Too many kids. Some of the properties were old and tired looking. Got it out of my system and will never return

Desventajas: the power left out and the hotel didn't have a power back up. There was not power in the rooms and only one elavator working for 22 floors and I don't how many rooms. it feels very creepy

Ventajas: La playa, las piscinas, la zona de aventura y los apartamentos son perfectos. Los niños disfrutan muchísimo y al mismo tiempo hay Zonas muy tranquilas para los adultos. Es un complejo muy grande pero no estaba lleno así que se estaba de lujo.

Desventajas: Las opciones para comer/cenar un poco limitadas y con precios carísimos. La mayor parte de las piscinas cierran a las 5 PM... algo pronto para los horarios europeos e incluso americanos.

Desventajas: Se está envejeciendo y no renuevan las cosas. Las señoras del aseo son muy mal encaradas . Las camillas de la playa dañadas y lis restaurantes regulares. Cómo hay baja ocupación no se preocupan por atender con excelencia a los fieles huéspedes.

Ventajas: La playa es hermosa ! Consideró la mejor del complejo, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas.

Desventajas: Que nadie habla español.

Desventajas: Aconseje a los huéspedes que no hay servicio de transporte a ninguno de los hoteles Atlantis y caminar es una opción además de un taxi

Ventajas: En muchos hoteles, tanto locales Como internacionales, cuando se ofrecen té y café en una habitación se le da agua. Me dijeron que, como hice mi reserva en línea en mi habitación, no pude conseguir agua, fue algo decepcionante, por decir lo menos. No hubo compromiso ni siquiera seguimiento. Algunos miembros del personal eran agradables, pero el suelo necesita ser renovado en los pasillos, ya que se podía oír CADA paso que cualquiera hiciera. Podría haber algunas actualizaciones de ciertas características del hotel.

Desventajas: Sin duda no me volveré a alojar aquí de nuevo. Las opciones de desayuno tienen que ser más diversas y las colas cuando la sala de pelicanos estaba cerrada hicieron que durara más tiempo. También WiFi siguió volviendo a conectarse.

Ventajas: El hotel era terrible. El personal era grosero y poco servicial con todo. Las habitaciones e instalaciones son de la mejor calidad de motel. La comida era literalmente desagradable. No desperdicie su tiempo o dinero en este sitio. No es mucho menos caro que la torre de la playa Atlantis, que es una mejor opción.

Ventajas: Habitaciones limpias, cómodas, a poca distancia del ferry y Atlantis.

Desventajas: Incluye desayuno e Internet Wi-Fi, así como acceso a Atlantis.

Ventajas: El personal era muy servicial y amable. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, cómodas, teníamos una cama de matrimonio tamaño king, muchas almohadas y mantas extra disponibles. La nevera de la habitación pequeña funcionaba bien. Excelente especial de internet en la habitación a través de Orbitz, pero $60 por día en honorarios adicionales (estos fueron revelados en la web, sin sorpresas). Es más barato conseguir habitaciones que pagar la tarifa diaria por las instalaciones de la Atlántida, el uso de la Atlántida permitió el día de entrada y salida.

Desventajas: El desayuno era adecuado, nada emocionante. Bagels blancos lisos, los habituales huevos codificados y waffles autohorneados, fruta y jugo limitados. Le gustaría opciones más saludables y diversas.

Ventajas: Esta a 2 mint del Atlantis andando. Te pertenece entrar libre al Atlantis, pero es recomendable ir primero con la tarjeta rosa que te dan al beach tower a por tu pulsera. Las toallas de playa te las dejan en el Atlantis. Nadie habla en español, pero el personal era amable y mas o menos intentaban por entendernos. Reponen agua de botella todos los días en la habitación. Para comer recomiendo ir al Anthonys que esta muy cerquita del hotel y calidad-precio muy bien.

Desventajas: Hace mucho frio por los pasillos por el aire acondicionado. El sofá de la habitación huele un poco mal!

Ventajas: Lo mejor es que incluye acceso al aquapark del hotel atlantis. El personal de la recepcion era amable.

Desventajas: El resto del personal del hotel fue de lo mas desagradable. Precios desorbitados en el bar y los restaurantes. Le haria falta una renovación al hotel.

Ventajas: It was very close to the Atlantis, few mins walk away. And right next to Anthony’s which is a excellent restaurant

Desventajas: Not much fun staying in the hotel and breakfast was way too simple.

Ventajas: El hotel es correcto y lo que más me gustó es que por ser huésped de este hotel te permite el acceso al Atlantis y a disfrutar de todas sus actividades y servicios. Tiene parquing para los huéspedes aunque no demasiado grande y a veces costaba encontrar una plaza para aparcar. Tiene piscina y con toallas disponibles para los huéspedes. El desayuno bien tipo buffet, el único problema es que la zona del desayuno era mas bien pequeña y se colapsaba porque había muchos clientes y se hacía un poco agobiante.

Desventajas: Lo peor, el personal de recepción no era demasiado amable y que no funcionaba el ascensor, aunque como nuestra habitación estaba en la primera planta no nos supuso demasiado problema.

Ventajas: Everything about our stay was awesome!

Ventajas: Very close to the airport. On a big hill, so great view of the ocean. Sort of a colonial b&b vibe. Property is lovely and quaint. There are a couple of good local restaurants within a few blocks. The staff is nice, particularly Chrisine. He regularly lugs bags up and down those many steps without complaint. You have lovely views of the multi-hued blue ocean from the terrace off the lobby. The small plunge pool has a waterfall for a nice ambiance and is surrounded by lush landscaping. There's an honor bar which is reasonably priced and free snacks and water in your room, along with a mini fridge for your own items. Free wi-fi.

Desventajas: Immediate neighborhood has nice homes, but it becomes a bit dicey a few streets over. You have to run a couple of gauntlets of guys that have been drinking for hours, no matter the hour of the day. Even on the more affluent streets, it's a very dangerous place to walk, with no sidewalks, few lights, and locals that drive like crazy. A visit to a nearby restaurant means taking your life in your hands. With "quaintness" comes a few quirks. It's homey and the wonky bits add character, so an overall good feeling. But, oh, those stairs. There are a lot of them! It's only a short walk downhill to the ocean, but there is no beach to speak of, just a retaining wall and some rocks. We were told that you can walk about 20 minutes to a public beach, but again it's along a very narrow, curvy and dangerous road for those on foot. Wi-fi isn't always reliable and you get dropped a lot.

Ventajas: Lovely sea views from a vantage point above the shore. Decent continental breakfast with hot croissants and a good selection of fresh fruit. Helpful and friendly staff.

Desventajas: Low shower pressure and difficult to control temperature. Some airport noise from nearby Nassau airport. Many stairs to ascend from road, would not be suitable for disabled travellers.

Ventajas: Didn't eat the breakfast but sure it was great based on everything else!

Ventajas: Friendliness of the staff & comfy bed.

Desventajas: Lack of hot water, broken taps, leaking roof, 3 days to get laundry done, no help with luggage, terrible breakfast, noise from other rooms easily heard.

Ventajas: Comfortable bed and nice pool area

Desventajas: The room was directly below the breakfast area so woken up at 6am with staff moving around on hard wooden floors above us. We asked for another room with a view but were refused. It was advertised that food could be ordered and at breakfast you could pay for a hot breakfast. On arrival we were told there was no food and they don’t have a chef anymore anyway. We went to the local restaurant as recommended by a staff member. He told us it was a 10 minute walk. He failed to mention it does not have a foot path and the road is extremely busy and dangerous when walking down it.

Desventajas: El desayuno escaso, y el baño y la limpieza del mismo entre otras cosas puede ser mucho mejor. Sobre todo para el precio del alojamiento.

Ventajas: The location is ideal for travelling from the Nassau airport. It is a beautiful setting with an amazing view of the ocean and cruise ships. The decor is very pretty, with dark hard wood floors, dark furniture, and historical Bahamian photographs on the walls. The staff is friendly. The buffet breakfast is nicely done and very convenient.

Desventajas: It took at least an hour or more to get my suitcases. The gentleman who carries them up the steps was off property, so it took a long time to get my clothes to change for dinner. Luckily, I was travelling alone, so I could be flexible. In the morning, the gentleman was not on property again. One of the female managers carried one of my suitcases and I carried the other down the very, long set of steps, so that I could get to the airport for my flight.

Ventajas: Unique hotel with a nice deck with a great view of the ocean. The room was clean.

Desventajas: The hotel advertised a restuarant yet when we got there after a long day of travel we found it was closed on Sunday. We asked what was around and was told we had to take either a 15 min/$$ taxi ride to town and try to find something or walk down to the beach about 15mins in the dark to another hotel's restuarant! Neither were good opinions. The girl at the desk was not helpful at all, giving us no suggestions. Our room was clean but the lock was broken on the French doors leading to the shared balcony (a big wrap porch that circled the whole building), the lamp by the side of the bed was broken, falling off the wall, no air conditioning and the ceiling fan didn't work. We walked through the "garden" and the small pool looked more like a pond! Green! This was only a one night stay to be close to the airport but it was way to much money for what we got!

Ventajas: If the price is ignored, it is still a decent resort. Aquaventure is fun, the buildings look awesome, and the beaches are comfortable. We had a good time overall.

Desventajas: For a luxury resort, many things could be improved. The room is nothing special and looks old. There isn't a microwave owen in the room for us to rehead the leftovers, and we had to spend $8 to call the service to do it. The check-in time is pretty late (4pm). We decided to go to Aquaventure in our first afternoon there, and we had to deposit our luggages and change our clothes in the public restroom.

Ventajas: Fantasy, myth like theme. Sunken ruins of Atlantis. Aquarium features with local fish. Luxury. Conservation ethic., Courtesy and friendliness of staff.

Desventajas: A las 7AM comenzaban a martillar y no se podia seguir durmiendo. Compramos snack en un restaurante exterior y comenzo a llover por lo que nos quisimos refugiar a comer en algun restaurante exterior bajo techo (Shark Bet) y nos negaron la posibilidad por tanto la comida se mojo. Ademas el trato fue muy malo. En el hotel hablan solo ingles. Cierran las piscinas a las 7PM despues de eso solo se puede ir a casino y disco las cuales son con costo. No pudimos usar la plata por fuerte oleaje solo mirar de lejos por que estaba cerrada.

Ventajas: Nice architecture and gardens

Desventajas: Service is awful, I could count the number of smiles, they were overbooked and my family was treated non-welcoming by vast majority of staff. This is extremely over valued, waterpark lines were long, food quality for $150pet person was good, but a celebrity chef restaurant would come with great service. I had two rooms, they didn’t honor commitment for both rooms to be close by, we were in two different towers, 10 minutes walk, ended up splitting the family. This was a vacation to be remembered by awful service, The front desk person who checked us in failed to give us $120 vouchers for daily lunches, and hotel refused to credit us - we spent over $2,500 on food for four days.

Ventajas: Staff was very nice and helpful. Beautiful place, lots to do.

Desventajas: Food was expensive along with 12 percent VAT and 15% gratuity included on everything. A bit crowded at times.

Ventajas: We loved the staff. everyone was very accommodating. the food was excellent and all of the servers were great!! The pools were awesome and so was the beach!! We loved the private Island. The water was beautiful.

Desventajas: We wished that the private island was open later than 4:00PM. We were told that they stocked Bacardi Rum, but they did not. The Piano Bar should be open later than 11:00PM. That way you could have the loud music at Crickets and the Piano music for the other crowds. We were told by the reception when checking in that they would stock our room with alcohol, but this never happened. It would have been nice to have a cocktail in the room. The butlers would reserve all of the chairs for guests, but we noticed everyday that many of the chairs were never used, so other guests could not get a good seat.

Desventajas: La cafetera no funcionaba cuando intente tomarme un café en la mañana esta nunca funciono. Uno de los swiches (toma corriente) tenía un pedazo de metal incrustado y no dejaba conectar nada algo que se arregla con un alicate. Además la atención de las personas de bar fue más bien descortés tenía derecho a una bebida de bienvenida y me cansé de que me ignoraran y preferí irme.

Ventajas: Good price to quality rate. Good location next to public Beach, close to the Nassau downtown and marina. Fast Taxi transfer from the airport.

Desventajas: Breakfasts are not suitable for Europeans - heavy and fatty.

Ventajas: Las instalaciones y el ambiente en general, la limpieza. En la recepción nos recibieron muy bien y el bar nos gusto bastante. La habitación amplia y muy cómoda. El detalle de las bebidas de cortesia fue excelente!

Desventajas: La variedad en el bar era muy limitada y demoraron en traer los pedidos pero nada muy importante.

Desventajas: Water didn't work. Came out green. Didn't clean myself during brief stay. TV also did not work.

Ventajas: El hotel está bien. Nuestra habitación muy amplia, con fantásticas vistas al mar, todo muy limpio. El baño muy bien. El hotel cuenta con 2 piscinas y un pequeño bar/restaurante donde se puede desayunar y tomar algo. El personal muy amable. La ubicación perfecta, está muy cerca de la playa y muy próximo al puerto donde llegan los grandes cruceros. Tiene parquing y en mi opinión es un hotel totalmente recomendable.

Desventajas: No hay nada que no me gustara. Todo me pareció correcto y bien.

Ventajas: La ubicación, frente a la playa y el personal de recepción y limpieza

Desventajas: Los estándares de hoteles 4 estrellas en Bahamas, fuera de los resorts, son basura. Es una vergüenza que cadenas como Marriot pongan su "apellido" a establecimientos así.
