Ventajas: Outstanding standards of suites luxury standards and the staff services. Experienced in various suites staying experiences Ritz Carlton Macau offered the most 5 star+ experience to us amongst the others that the staff services must take account for the contribution to the total guest experiences. There is a subtle refinement between "excellent services" and "always endeavouring their best" and the staff from Ritz-Carlton Macau achieved the latter.
Desventajas: While guests may pay to choose the hotel brand, but never be able to choose the accompanying neighbouring guests. Surprising the chunky door of the suite did not soundproof much and other guests do come and go during 12am to 4am after having fun in the casino or with alcohols. I was working overnight so kind of worried my family got bothered in their dreams.

Desventajas: we booked into the club lounge which was good value for the money you paid, they served breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea this was all great i have nothing to moan about, 5 stars all the way , now this is what i feel need some attention the club lounge access also gives access to the club bar , well this was like a grave yard we was the only ones sitting in the lounge , considering you can have good selection of drinks which is included in the cost of the lounge, the last night we decided to go into the lounge bar for a drinks which it had a girl singing in the bar and the evening was great very enjoyable BUT we had to pay for ur drinks 4 drinks around £65, what i think the hotel should do is to scrub the club bar and then show your club card to the lounge bar to get your drinks which you have should have had in the club lounge , could be up for abuse , other than that great

Ventajas: I like everything about it! 1. The room was neat and clean. 2. The care I got from the hotel staff, I even got a short introduction of what can I do in Macau. 3. The room was so spacious I felt a little bit lonely in it. 4. The bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were just at the perfect softness. 5. Amenities, not all hotels offers Bvlgari stuffs. 6. The restaurants in the hotels offers great and flavourful meals. I tried 2 of them.
Desventajas: Just one thing: the humidity smell my room had. After 5 minutes in, it was not noticeable anymore but for a 5 stars hotel, may be they can work on it.

Ventajas: It’s a beautiful hotel with stunning decor that’s very tastefully done. Shops & restaurants are strategically placed where you don’t have to go through the casino to access them. Loved the breakfast at the pool cafe and buns & bubbles the two places we frequented. Much quieter & not too crowded like other hotels on the strip. Walking distance to Cotai Strip & other hotels, loved the performance lake, skycab & musical fountains!!!

Ventajas: First of all, the check in, we saw check ins at the other mainstream hotels like venetian, the queue for the check in was just ridiculous...but here at conrad, you are attended immediately with very lovely staff! We loved the personal touch here and there within the rooms, such as the bears, ducks, candies, notes, odd little thing to mention too but we esepcially loved the comfy robes!! (Really sad that we didnt have time at the end to buy and take home) Also one mega plus point is that they have their own concierge like device which gives us really helpful tips and most of all, the free wifi access, which you can take out of the hotel and use all over macau! In general we really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay for longer or come back again very soon’
Desventajas: The access of the lifts bothered me, as Conrad had a casino below and it is also within the same complex as other hotels as well as a shopping mall.... so we would have expected there to be extra security measures within the lifts, ie hotel room floors should not be accessible unless you scan your room key ( which is common in many hotels across the globe). Theres also no extractor fan within the bathroom (or at least not one that we managed to find), so it gets super steamy after one person has shower/bath. If anything else, just the breakfast place was a tad far away for early mornings:)

Ventajas: The room is amazing and the staff makes you feel at home. The bathroom is simply incredible and the little "swiming pool" in the room and the view are perfect. The spa is one of the best in Macau and the dinner at Belon was very good.
Desventajas: The breakfast. Definitely not worth it and not to the standard of bayan tree or belon. The bread, the croissant, the brioche everything was dry and the pancakes and waffles were sitting there for hours probably.

They should tell us before the check in and even on the booking site so we can choose which hotel will be our best option not once we reach the hotel room then (surprise there is construction work on going )

Ventajas: 1) I really appreciate the bellmen greeted me when I stepped in the hotel door. I am very impressed about it. 2) All the staffs are able to greet me by Dr. Pang or my husband Dr. Hsin when we stepped into the lobby when we went out. It was really good. 3) We stayed in the One-bedroom suite and it is really spacious. The interior design is using very high quality finishing, the bedding and pillows are very comfortable. I can see the interior designer and the hotel owner has put a lot of effort to make it a good stay. 4) I am impressed that there is NO smoking smell in the room. 5) There are a lot of bottles of water 6) Many tea choices. 7) It was a very thoughtful design to have 2 wash basins and we don't have to fight for the space. 8) The slippers are very comfortable. 9) We stayed in Ritz Carlton suite, Bayan Tree Villa, MO but we like our Nuwa experience very much with the personal touch. 10) The staffs are very friendly and professional. 11) The hair salon service is really great.
Desventajas: 1) The lighting in the walk-in closet is too dark, it is better to have more lighting. 2) There should be more hook to put in the shower to put tower. 3) Conciege is unable to help us to get the Grand Prix ticket. I am very disappointed about it as I believe hotel conceige supposes to sort all plms for us. 4) The curtain in the washroom is really a plm. Always has to make the extra to close it and step into the bathtub. 5) Please provide personal shoppers service that can help me to get presents. 6) Gym should consider to add rolling machine. 7) The spaghatti that my sons order is too dry.

Desventajas: Only complaint is lack of booze in the casino and too few bars.Accidentally booked my hotel on the China side and didnt have a visa so was hoping for some vegas style partying as i am not a gambler when i booked the room as an alternative. Other than that, the facilities were great! A bit of ultra luxury that helped me unwind in the middle of a long bacpacking trip.

Ventajas: Great location with light rail just at the door step. The hotel also linked to a shopping mall where a shuttle bus station. Room is huge and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Desventajas: My only comment is the pillows are too soft and flat. Upon checking out I was told that we can change the pillows and even the mattress to our liking.

Ventajas: Unlike many of hotels in Macau which are overly decorated with gamblers, Grand Hyatt Macau is more modern and stylish and less crowded. We got upgraded to a suite with an amazing view of the Morpheus, the room is clean and large with big bathtub. It was a pleasant stay. The only thing we could have complained was the pillow is too soft and flat which gave us soar necks. Might suit some ppl though.

Ventajas: It’s a beautiful hotel with stunning decor that’s very tastefully done. Shops & restaurants are strategically placed where you don’t have to go through the casino to access them. Loved the breakfast at the pool cafe and buns & bubbles the two places we frequented. Much quieter & not too crowded like other hotels on the strip. Walking distance to Cotai Strip & other hotels, loved the performance lake, skycab & musical fountains!!!

Ventajas: Beautiful pool and views from room. Room service impeccable. Brilliant shower. Location pretty good - walkable to old taipa village, not overwhelmed by casinos, and with some local flavor.
Desventajas: It was undergoing refurbishment which is necessary - we had a plumbing issue which shouldn’t happen at this type of hotel. The service was great but the facilities let the hotel down. And make the (very) high price a stretch.

Room ( kind of a junior suite) was spacious, carefully designed and the space well occupied with taste. But the Staff was simply THE BEST I’ve ever had the opportunity to find till now Always attentive and anticipating what we could need/want. Extraordinary precise and punctual w all requested extra services. Congrats Melco for the superb property and amazing motivated staff.

Ventajas: La habitación es muy amplia y muy bien equipada y amueblada y las vistas al mar son excelentes. Bebidas gratis en el minibar, vestier, baño amplísimo, pueden reservar tranquilos. El trato del personal muy profesional y amable y el Spa, con jacuzzi, turco, sauna y la piscina cubierta espectacular. Es un hotel tranquilo y elegante, no como los hoteles de la zona de casinos, sino un hotel para disfrutar la habitación y el Spa. El desayuno es barato y te lo sirven en la habitación y si me parece un acierto porque desayunas en unos cómodos sillones con la vista al mar. El Check in se hace en la última planta, lo han hecho así porque se ve mucho más elegante que la entrada del hotel que es pequeña.
Desventajas: El precio entre semana es correcto, pero el fin de semana se duplica el precio. Tenganlo en cuenta cuando decidan que días ir porque hay mucha variación en el precio. Por otro lado está mal comunicado. Para llegar al hotel desde el aeropuerto de Hong Kong tuvimos que tomar 5 autobuses: del aeropuerto a la terminal, de la terminal a la terminal de autobuses de Macao, de esa terminal a la terminal de Ferries, de la terminal de Ferries a Studio City y de Studio City a Altira. Hay continuos shuttle entre Altira y Studio City hasta creo las 22hrs aprox, luego ya toca taxi o 30min andando. Todos los hoteles casino están juntos pero Altira está alejado, entonces si el objetivo del viaje es estar todo el tiempo en los casinos y no ir al Spa ni disfrutar de la habitación y las vistas, en ese caso deben considerar otro hotel. Para ir al centro de la ciudad hay un Shuttle de Altira al hotel Emperor y para devolverse hay que coger un shuttle del hotel Emperor a Studio City y luego de allí a Altira. Otra opción pagar y coger autobuses locales directos o taxis.

Desventajas: The casino floor staff, worse attitude ever, could not get a smile out of them nor a decent greeting, understand Macau is home to a lot of Chinese gamblers and your casino hosts a fair numbers of high rollers, my wages were fair between 4K -16k hkd per bet if not more on certain hand and losing a lot of these hands I could still smile, your casino staff needs to be train for customer service, I don’t write reviews but this is my feedback, I will stay at the Wynn again but will I gamble there maybe not so, didn’t even get comp after losing more than 100K HKD in a single sitting not that it’s much but a decent hello or smile would have made the stay a 10/10.

Ventajas: The location of the hotel is great. It's easy to travel to most of the places. They are all within walking distance. There is also a children playground and bus station right in front of the hotel, which is great. The public bus system in Macao is efficient and frequent even during public holidays. We really enjoy our stay at the hotel.
Desventajas: There is no shuttle bus between the hotel and airport. It will be excellent if the hotel can provide the facility.

Ventajas: The location is great and convenient in getting rides. The place is small in terms of the number of room, the rooms are old but clean and spacious, the staff were not as accommodating as I expected, the room rate is too much for the accommodation that we get, the breakfast is serve late and with very few choices.
Desventajas: The price is too much for the type of accommodation that we got. The room was not even ready when we arrived past 2pm. The staff were less helpful and could not answer to our queries, probably their understanding to the English language is not that good.

Desventajas: La ventana de mi habitación daba a la calle y entraba un poco de ruido. No supuso un problema para mi, pero si te cuesta dormir tal vez debas pedir una habitación interior.
