Ventajas: Not much. Won't fly with them again. Would rather pay a bit more for being treated in a civil manner.

Desventajas: Ryan has zero customer service and treat passengers like cattle. Paid extra for 4 people to have priority seating and an assured cabin bag space, yet was forced by staff to check bags at gate! Staff don't appear to know their own rules or tickets? Insisted nothing on our tickets indicated we had paid for that service, yet ticket clearly said Priority!! Another staff member later said we were right and should've kept our bags but at that point it was too late as they'd be loaded. And, there were multiple spaces still left in cabin overheads for bags when we boarded. All they tell you is to go online later and make a complaint or try to get a refund for the priority fee. But I imagine that's pointless and expect little response. Ryan Air... ripping you off while pretending to offer you a service.

Ventajas: Got from point A to point B without any hassle. I passed out as soon as I got on the plane and there was nothing that kept me from sleeping.

Desventajas: Boarding seemed a bit tedious and there was a lot of unnecessary standing around.

Ventajas: El personal fue atento. Al llegar, las maletas ya estaban en la zona de recepción.

Desventajas: El vuelo salió una hora tarde. Una hora de pie en la cola de embarque y no nos daban información.

Desventajas: More comfortable seats

Ventajas: nothing to like about this flight

Desventajas: just try to be on time, for once.

Desventajas: Too long standing around for boarding as the plane was delayed and needed cleaning

Desventajas: We were stuck in the runway for an hour before taking off. I was late for my connection.

Desventajas: There is no space for legs. The food quality is poor. No entertainment at all

Ventajas: The check-in process is a joke! They do everything by paper, couldn’t find my booking, and so made me pay an exorbitant fee, and then wrote by boarding pass with a pen and paper! Unbelievable!

Desventajas: Everything.

Ventajas: I like the assistant she tried to help me at the check in with the extra kilo even though I was a bit stressed and she was too but she need to listen what the costumer says because there was a mistake

Desventajas: Make the payment for the extra kilo at the same place at the check in point PLEASE I can’t spend 1hr and a half on only the baggage check in and if I want to pay for an extra kilo I have to go another place and wait again a looot The plane was too cold The chair in the plane like a rock stone sitting on There was a mistake in the ticket because of the baggage I’m sorry but it was a bit hard

Ventajas: No hace falta ningun titulo no nos ofrecieron ni agua. NADA

Desventajas: La comida me gustaria haberla probado gracias.

Ventajas: The crew . Very sweet cabin crew ,new 737 ,with lots of “snazzy lights

Desventajas: Cramped space despite the new “improved”leg room due to te slimmer seats

Ventajas: Not comfortable

Desventajas: Being on time + quiet fellow passengers

Desventajas: Tuvimos que esoerar más de treinta minutos al aire libre en Modlin con una tempratura de -1 grado para conyttol de pasaporte. Fue onhumano

Desventajas: Courtoisie, respecté les horaires
