Took care of me in the face of adversity.
Ventajas: I have issues getting into and out of many vehicles. I reserved a specific class because, members of that class are most likely to be accessible for me. Unfortunately, when I arrived on the lot no vehicles in the class were available. The staff at the location worked with me to figure out another vehicle on the lot that I could get in and out of.

Ventajas: I showed up early and they had a car ready. Drove me to pick up my own vehicle after I returned the car.

Desventajas: Long wait.

Not ready for Mondays.
Ventajas: The van was able for checkout.
Desventajas: The vehicle wasn't clean prior to check out I had to wait for it to be cleaned. Due to time constraints waiting 50 minutes was not beneficial to our schedule. Should probably have an extra body to clean cars to avoid a lobby piling up with customers.
